And here’s what no one tells you, muscle isn’t just aesthetics. It’s:

Nobody claps for you at this age.

No one sees the 5am alarm when you were up at 2am with a racing mind. The workouts you fight for between calls and school pickups and grocery runs.

The hormone shifts that make your body feel like a stranger. The days you don’t want to move but you do it anyway because you know what happens when you stop.

At 23 your body cooperates. You eat a little less, you lose weight. You train, you see results. That’s not discipline, that’s biology doing you a favor.

At 40? Everything fights you. Your sleep is broken. Your estrogen is tanking. Your stress is constant. Your recovery is slower. Your metabolism isn’t what it was. And nobody gives you a pass.

So yeah, if you’re still showing up through all of that? Through the business, the kids, the house, the hormones, the invisible load that never stops?

You don’t need a before and after photo to prove anything.

You’re doing the hardest version of this. And most people will never understand that.

Yes I love the labs, I love the supplements, nutrition, lifestyle.. you name it but it’s more than that..

And when you start to check in with how you’re showing go it not only benefits those around you but it’s a catalyst for your own healing. You start to feeling happier, the chronic bloat seems to calm down, the desire to do things comes back.
