I saw someone post that toxicity is the root cause of disease. There is no way it can be. Toxicity is a side effect of our lack of Reason. Let me explain.

If an individual decides to eat a poor diet, due to not knowing or by choice, it will create a toxic environment. However, cleaning up the toxicity will only create a temporary solution. As soon as the toxic material is removed, it will simply return without changing the knowledge the person has or changing their habits/concepts.

We all change our concepts on a daily basis. The question is whether you are changing them to make your life healthier and happier or if you are changing them to create unhappiness and dis-ease.

Anger and patience are the same vibration to different degrees. The perfect example is in driving.

When someone loses their patience, it ends up in anger. This is best demonstrated when driving down an interstate when someone is in the fast lane going 55 mph.

Did you know that vitamins and minerals have NO capacity to heal? They are merely cofactors for the real healing.

Growth and repair is done by protein and fat. The main consideration in healing is making sure the body and properly digest, absorb, and utilize protein and fat.

If more is better with supplements, why not just take everything every day?

If supplements themselves are all wonderful, should 20 be better than 1?

Supplements help, but are way over utilized.

Stop taking supplements like drugs and applying a western medicine approach to nutrition.

I see a lot of posts on Facebook looking for a medical doctor that is holistic and not just giving medications. I often wonder what that doctor will do. Medical doctors have drugs and surgery to offer. If you take away the drugs, then what?

They could educate the patient, but this goes against their training of using chemicals for symptoms.

True holistic care requires education and teaching the Laws that run the body, mind, and soul.

Most practitioners treat symptoms.

Vit D low? Give vitamin D

Low B12? Give vit B12

Headache? Adjust the neck.

In the body everything is connected. One area that has a symptom may be a signal of a problem in another area.
