As the owner of the Mystical Oasis Sound Healing and Yoga Studio, Kelly Kelita has created a sacred space where individuals can experience the profound power of sound as a holistic medicine. Kelly herself has faced multiple health challenges throughout her life. Diagnosed with lupus, fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's disease, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and chronic back pain, she has experienced the daily struggles and limitations that come with these conditions. However, Kelly has discovered a powerful ally in her healing journey: sound healing & prayer.​

Kelly's personal experience with sound healing has inspired her to share this transformative practice with others who are also navigating their own health challenges. She has dedicated herself to creating a safe and nurturing space where individuals can experience the healing power of sound for themselves. Through her work as a sound facilitator, she aims to support others on their healing journeys, offering a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the physical and emotional aspects of their well-being. Her passion for holistic wellness and belief in the science of therapeutic sound are the driving forces behind her work. She understands that sound has the remarkable ability to heal and restore balance, and she is dedicated to sharing this knowledge with others.

Join Kelly Kelita for a Sunset Sound Bath at Nokomis Beach, designed to offer a relaxing auditory musical experience. As the sun sets, Kelly will utilize a variety of therapeutic sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, and the soothing tones of the hand pan. These instruments are known for promoting relaxation and may aid in reducing stress.

This event offers an opportunity to practice mindfulness, meditation, prayer, or simply to appreciate the natural beauty of the sunset in a tranquil setting. THE ST. REGIS SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Spend a peaceful evening by the pool at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort while listening to crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. This one hour sound bath is centered on relaxation and well being, offering time to slow down, quiet the mind, and simply rest.

Two ways to experience the evening:

POOL EXPERIENCE | $120. SOLD OUT
Float comfortably on the water during the sound bath.

LOUNGE CHAIR EXPERIENCE | $85
Relax in a lounge chair beside the pool during the sound bath.
