She has dedicated herself to creating a safe and nurturing space where individuals can experience the healing power of sound for themselves. Through her work as a sound facilitator, she aims to support others on their healing journeys, offering a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the physical and emotional aspects of their well-being. Her passion for holistic wellness and belief in the science of therapeutic sound are the driving forces behind her work. She understands that sound has the remarkable ability to heal and restore balance, and she is dedicated to sharing this knowledge with others.

St. Regis Spa 🌊✨

There’s honestly something so peaceful about being in the water while surrounded by sound. You can actually feel the vibrations moving differently through the pool and around the body. Since our bodies hold so much water, the frequencies seem to travel in such a calming and immersive way.

I loved facilitating this experience at the St. Regis Spa and moving through the pool while playing over each guest individually. Between the warm water, ocean air, and sound all together, it created such a relaxing atmosphere. Simply floating away into relaxation!
