The Haven Academy offers a vocational training track focused on preparing students for the future, including multiple internship opportunities in the community with a special focus today on our partnership with Sarasota Memorial Health Care System 🏥

Students participate in weekly, real world work experiences that build independence, confidence, and job readiness skills.

If your child is interested in joining this classroom, please reach out to our team for more information. Participants must be at least 18 years old, require minimal supervision, and be able to complete tasks independently.

🎨🚌 What a perfect way to celebrate the end of an incredible school year! Our Haven Academy students wrapped up the year with an unforgettable field trip to the Dali Museum in St Pete.

Students explored amazing exhibits, shared lots of laughs, and enjoyed a day full of creativity, friendship, and new experiences together. We are so proud of all they accomplished this school year and loved celebrating with one final adventure before summer break! 💙✨

And that’s a wrap on the 2025-2026 school year! 🎉

What an incredible year filled with growth, friendships, laughter, unforgettable memories, and so many accomplishments across our campus. We are beyond proud of all of our students and everything they achieved this year.

A huge congratulations to the graduating classes of 2026 at both Selby Preschool and Haven Academy ! 🎓 We cannot wait to see all of the amazing things ahead for each of you.

Thank you to all of our incredible teachers, support staff, therapists, families, and graduates for making this year so special. Your hard work, dedication, patience, and love are what make our community so unique.

Did you know The Haven has a fleet of more than 17 vehicles helping keep our programs moving every single day? 🚐✨

From community outings and special events to medical appointments for our residents, our vehicles play a huge role in helping the people we serve stay active, connected, and engaged in the community.

Today our amazing ADT clients rolled up their sleeves to help wash and care for the fleet! 🧽💦 Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also practiced teamwork, responsibility, and vocational skills while giving back to their Haven family.

We are so proud of their hard work and the pride they take in helping our community shine! 💙

We had a great outing to the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall to see The Feisty Flamingos!✨

It was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the arts, get out in the community, and share some smiles together. Everyone had such a great time! 💙
