Another beautiful 5 day Sound Bath Practitioner Workshop with the Sound Healing Academy is officially complete and our hearts are so full. 💙✨

Five days of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, nervous system science, deep conversations, breakthroughs, laughter, and those magical moments where everyone suddenly realized, “Wow… I can actually do this.” Watching people grow in confidence, find their heart space, and discover their own unique way of facilitating holding space through sound is always such an honor to witness.

What a weekend… seriously, what a great group 🙌

We just wrapped up two full days of tuning fork training with the Sound Healing Academy, at and it was one of those weekends where everything just clicked.

We kept it real and practical… learning how to actually use tuning forks with confidence, understanding what we’re doing and why, and getting plenty of hands on time so it all starts to feel natural.

And let’s be honest… there were definitely a few “what the fork am I doing?” moments 😄

But by the end, you could feel the shift into “okay… I actually get this now.”

That’s the moment that matters.

I’m really grateful for this group. You showed up, stayed open, asked great questions, and supported each other the whole way through.

Now it’s about taking it out into the world… keep practicing, trust yourself, and don’t overthink it.

There’s something really special that happens when the right group of people comes together… and this weekend was exactly that ✨

Over three full days, we explored the art and science of sound in such a grounded, hands on way. From Tibetan bowls to crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, voice, gongs and so much more… every instrument became a doorway into deeper listening, skill, and connection.

What made it unforgettable wasn’t just the instruments though. It was this group. The openness. The willingness to learn. The laughter, the focus, the moments where everything just clicked.

You could feel people not just learning techniques, but really stepping into their confidence and their own unique way of working with sound. That’s the magic right there.
