📍Sunday, June 21 | 7:30 AM | Lido Key Beach

Join us on International Yoga Day for a sunrise practice centered around powerful community movement, personal accomplishment, and an intentional reset as we welcome summer together.

We’ll move through 108 Sun Salutations — a tradition that symbolizes release, renewal, and stepping into a new season with purpose. Whether you complete all 108 or simply come for the experience, this practice is yours.

The energy, encouragement, and connection that happen during this event are unlike anything else we do all year.

This year, we’re hoping to welcome 108 participants to match the 108 Sun Salutations. As we celebrate Father’s Day, invite a father or father figure to join you and be part of this meaningful community experience.
