I had the opportunity to do this Halo tattoo for my cousin Tyler. He just underwent his second double lung transplant due to his lifelong battle with Cystic Fibrosis. He has shown me what true courage, resilience and optimism look like, despite his difficult circumstances. We grew up playing games together alongside with my brother Mathew and we all shared many laughs and good times. Today is Good Friday. It’s the day we remember and celebrate the crucifixion of Jesus. It’s Good Friday, not Bad Friday, or Dark Friday, because it’s the day that Jesus cleared the debt of all our sin. That’s good news indeed!
