I love that I get to live what I teach.

When I pinched a nerve in my neck yesterday, the pain radiated straight into my face — not fun. But I’m grateful I have the same tools at home that I use in my practice.

I did targeted self-massage, followed by red light therapy on my shoulder, neck, and upper back to support circulation and tissue recovery. Then I used ice therapy — including a sweet little ice pack my 6-year-old made (the best helper!) — gently rolling it along my face and scalp to calm inflammation.

Within 30 minutes, I felt dramatically better.

This is why I’m so passionate about what I do. The body responds when you give it the right support.
