I love cranberry sauce but not the canned stuff.
Here’s the recipe I played around with last year when I was stuck in quarantine.
Ingredients
12oz bag of cranberries
Juice and zest of half a orange
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of sweetener of choice I use monk fruit
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp clove
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
I just throw it all in a sauce pan and let it simmer until thick and most of the cranberries have popped.
