Commissioner Baer joined Governor Hochul, New York State Homes & Community Renewal , AIM Services, Inc., D&F Development Group, Housing Help, and other dedicated community partners to celebrate the grand opening of Matinecock Court! 🏡

This new affordable housing complex in Suffolk County includes eight units specifically set aside for people with developmental disabilities. These apartments are so much more than just a place to live; they represent the promise and dignity of community living.
