One circle member said “I CHUCKED that coin over the ledge!” 😅 Everyone is going to have a different perspective and comfort level in the grief, reverence and sadness in the letting go process.

For myself I remember seeing myself in mind’s eye playing with the coin in my fingertips reluctant to throw it away. I choked up when in my the meditation I heard “nothing is really ever yours,” meaning loss in inevitable.

Hey Friends!

I am working to compile a list of capital region health & wellness practitioners, coaches/counselors & therapists who:

1. Are actively looking for office space

2. Anticipating a change in office space needs in the future

3. Interested in office space that has been specifically designed and caters towards accommodating health/wellness practices that require quiet, calm, clean, aesthetic space for client work.

We are compiling an email list that will be the second “in the know” group of private and shared office availability before announcing publicly. Once in The Collective at Turn A New Leaf, our current members get first dibs on openings and changes.

We love this system because it enables newer professionals to start out a practice in our shared treatments rooms and leaves potential to grow into a private office when one opens up.

There are stones that quiet your mind by transcending you from the mental plane. That is NOT Lepidolite. With lepidolite you feel very much present within your mental space with the ability to experience your mind in a stillness that feels blank. And I think I loved meditating with lepidolite because it did it in a way that doesn’t feel like disconnecting from mind, body & reality- there was zero “out of it” feeling, just a sense of comfortability and contentment in the space between thoughts.

Thankfully, I am indeed not broken. 😅 Just a learning experience that different frequencies require a different set of “listening ears” to be heard and be made aware of. Sometimes you have to turn off the white noise machine in order to hear what sounds it was blocking out.
