I was a vegetarian when I started randomly craving burgers.
I had never particularly liked burgers. But my body would not let it go.
That was my gut trying to tell me something I was not ready to hear yet.
I was chronically under-eating protein, and my hormones, my energy, and my skin were all paying for it quietly while I kept doing everything I thought I was supposed to do.
