Return to sport isn’t just about being pain free. For overhead athletes, it’s about how the shoulder performs under real sport demands - strength, stability, power, and reaction all play a role.

In this series, we used:
• Smith Rack Rows - posterior chain strength & control
• CKUEST - shoulder stability under load
• 1 Arm Shot Put - upper body power
• T-ball Drop - reaction & coordination

In addition to strength and range of motion testing, we use evidence based functional tests to ensure the athlete is ready for their sport. Each test gives insight into a different piece of the puzzle. Getting back to sport safely means more than just moving well, it means being prepared.
