When I started Six Senses Healing, I never imagined it would one day be recognized as a Top 3 Alternative Medicine Practitioner in San Jose.

This recognition belongs to everyone who trusted me, shared their stories, left a review, referred a friend, or allowed me to be part of their healing journey. Thank you for your support and encouragement over the years. 💛

Although I‘ve recently moved back to Taiwan and am still exploring what this next chapter looks like, my passion for helping people reconnect with themselves hasn’t changed.

I‘m excited to see where this journey leads and hope to continue supporting and growing with all of you along the way.

With gratitude,
Sabrina ✨

I haven’t been to Yingge in decades.

A friend invited me to visit an art exhibition there, and I unexpectedly discovered something incredibly fascinating.

What do you feel when you see a spider?

A lot of people are afraid of them.
But have you ever really looked at a spider web?

I’ve always thought spiders are probably the greatest architects in the world.
And every single web is completely unique.

This exhibition, Interwoven,
is a large-scale installation
by Argentine artist Tomás Saraceno, inspired by spiders and their webs.

When he was a child, he once walked into his family’s attic. As sunlight streamed through the window, it illuminated a giant spider web. That moment later became an important inspiration for his work.

He has spent years studying spiders,
even transforming the vibrations of spider webs into sound and light.

Because spiders can barely see.
They experience the world through vibration.

That idea really amazed me.

Humans rely so heavily on vision to understand everything. But for spiders, the world isn’t made of images. It’s made of frequency, vibration, and sensation.

The exhibition is divided into two main spaces. One is completely dark, using light to reveal the delicate beauty of spider webs. The other is an all-white room filled with giant black thread structures that look like enormous spider webs.

What’s really interesting is that visitors can actually touch the threads, creating sounds and vibrations throughout the space — almost like experiencing the world as a spider.

You’re not just “viewing” the exhibition.
You become part of it.

What I love most about this exhibition
is the idea it tries to express:

Humans are not the center of the world.
We are simply one thread within the web of life.

And just because we cannot sense something, doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

The exhibition runs until September 6, 2026.I highly recommend visiting if you have the chance.

And after the museum, you can also walk to the Ceramics Museum or explore the old street nearby.

You can make it another beautiful day in Taipei.

Yesterday, a friend invited me to a spiritual wellness event in Taipei called Urban Oracle.

The event was beautifully designed — from the website to the space itself.
You could really feel the organizers’ creativity, sincerity, and professionalism.

The experience I was most curious about was the gong bath.

Interestingly, there was another loud event happening right next door — microphones, music, children laughing — but during the gong bath, I barely noticed any of it.
I only became aware of the noise after the session ended.

At the beginning, we each chose an image card.
I picked one of a girl swinging beneath a large tree at sunset. I think I was drawn to the softness, safety, and freedom it represented.

Afterward, I realized something about myself.

The event’s energy felt more vibrant, stimulating, and immersive — something many younger people would probably love.
But what I personally seek in healing spaces is something quieter…a place to breathe deeply, reconnect inwardly, and simply be.

Still, I’m grateful for the experience. It was my first time attending this kind of event in Taipei, and I’m curious to explore more in the future.

What I’ve come to realize is —
healing doesn’t always stay in the room where it happened.

Sometimes it shows up later…
in quiet moments,
in familiar sounds,
in the way you pause and notice your surroundings just a little more deeply.

Kirstin shared that after coming to a sound bath, she didn’t just find healing —
she found her way into a new circle, a new rhythm, a new kind of support.
And that’s something I never take lightly.

Because this work is not just about relaxation.
It’s about what continues after.

The way you carry that inner quiet back into your life. 🌿

It’s easy to think small acts don’t matter that much in the moment.
But years later, people often remember exactly who showed up with care, warmth, and steadiness when life was hard.

That’s something I never want to forget.

Healing work is not only about transformation.
It’s also about humanity.
How we treat people.
How we help when we can.
How we leave someone feeling after we’ve crossed paths. 🌿

This work has taught me that what stays with people is not always the exact words, technique, or structure of a session.

It’s often the feeling.
The care.
The presence.
What was offered heart to heart.

That’s why I believe healing work is never just about doing.
It’s also about how people feel in your presence. 🌿

I’ve learned not to measure impact only by how long someone has been coming.

Sometimes a person joins just a handful of sessions, and yet those moments arrive exactly when they’re needed.

The peace lands.
The guidance helps.
Something shifts.

Healing is not always about quantity.
Sometimes it’s about timing. 🌿

People sometimes think healing only counts if they’ve done it for months or years.
But that’s not always true.

Sometimes just two sessions are enough for someone to feel the difference —
more calm, more benefit, more connection to themselves.

The body remembers safe experiences.
The mind remembers being guided into stillness.

So if you’re new, don’t underestimate what one or two good sessions can open up. 🌿

William’s words remind me of something simple but important:
people don’t always need a huge breakthrough.

Sometimes they just need a space where they feel welcomed, accepted, and able to relax.

That alone is meaningful.
Especially in a world where so many people are carrying stress without even realizing how much.

A calm hour can do more than we give it credit for. 🌿
