Hello!
Let reintroduce myself!

My name is Gwen, a mom of two teen boys, pet parent and the other half of a talented artist!

I am your local small town yoga instructor and energy worker. I finished my YTT training in June and offer classes when I am not working. I also offer Reiki, a Japanese relaxation technique that includes chakra cleansing and balancing . I also love meditation, outdoors, tarot, ghosts, halloween, scary movies, running(I am cray), crime and Dr. Pepper zero!!!! Just your run of the mill weirdo who wants to help others!!

I post my yoga offerings on my page and you can reach out for a Reiki session thru my page too. I do offer card readings and house cleansings. Just ask!

With School starting my schedule will be limited to Reiki sessions. But let there be no fear. I’m still going to be offering them whenever schedules can be meshed.

I am using singing bowls, tuning forks and intuition to help send healing and balancing the chakras.
Reiki is a holistic approach to relaxation and healing. I work with the energy around us and send it to your body. That energy then goes to wherever it is needed.
This is a no touch practice, I use soft, relaxing music to help you get grounded and feel comfortable. I even have clients fall asleep, no worries there!, that’s absolutely fine. This is your time to relax in a quiet environment.
This is the perfect time to experience Reiki if you are new or if you need to have a chakra tune up.

I offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. Located in Sargent, NE

Saturday morning August 15th
At 8 am at the Pallidum. Sargent, NE
This will last 45min. A easy morning flow, good for all levels.
$10 for the class.

Start the school season off on the right foot. Come get grounded and centered. Will end the class with some breathing exercises.
Bring a friend! The more the merrier!
You will need to bring a mat. I have a few blocks for modifying poses. 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️
