Alijah’s Apert Syndrome Journey

Alijah’s Apert Syndrome Journey Let’s meet Alijah! This page will follow Alijah’s journey on finding his ten fingers and toes!

After talking with Alijah’s dad Andy poor Alijah has really been having a rough go with this 2nd surgery since they removed the casts. He is wearing just bandages now but it takes them 2-3 hours just to change the bandages each time they change them and Alijah screams and cries the whole time. Alijah tells them it hurts him so bad. I do not have any pictures to share at the moment because I have not been sent any to share. I’m not sure if anyone would want to see it either the way they described things to me. I will however try my best to continue to update you. His grandma Sandy did say he has an appointment here locally tomorrow because he has some complications going on that needs to be addressed.

Alijah, Sarah, and Sandy are headed to Texas again today to get ready to get the casts removed from Alijah’s hands and feet Monday. Can yall believe it has been 2 weeks already? We are so excited for him to see his fingers and toes! Please pray for them as they travel from Mobile, Alabama to Dallas, Texas today.
