Class time again!

This past weekend, I had another amazing opportunity to learn/train from a friend Stephanie who works with NHL players and other professional teams. Not only did I learn a lot but there was a huge bonus. I also got to work with the world's champion of massage, Al who flew in to help with class!

Hands down an amazing class and I can't wait to share all the new techniques with you all!
