🌳☀️ Picnic in the Park!

We enjoyed our first picnic in the park with some good food, sunshine, laughs, and plenty of time to just hang out and enjoy the day together. ☀️

Getting out, doing things that bring everyone together, and enjoying the little moments is what it’s all about. It was a beautiful day spent with some pretty great people! We’re already looking forward to the next one! 😊

We're incredibly thankful for the freedoms we enjoy, the communities we're honored to serve, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others every day.

What an incredible weekend! ❤️😎☀️

This past weekend, our Sisu Living team had the chance to get away together in beautiful Walker, Minnesota, on Walker Bay of Leech Lake. This retreat was our way, as owners, of saying thank you to our amazing staff.

The work our team does every single day doesn't go unnoticed. Their compassion, dedication, and heart for the people we serve are what make Sisu Living what it is, and we wanted to give them a weekend to simply relax, laugh, connect, and enjoy each other's company.

From boating and fishing to shopping the adorable downtown shops, cooking meals together, enjoying way too much delicious food, and taking in the breathtaking lake views, every moment was special. We watched sunsets, listened to the loons, gathered around the campfire on the deck for s'mores, played co****le, worked on puzzles, celebrated two upcoming birthdays with a surprise cake, and made memories we'll be talking about for a long time.

One of the most meaningful moments of the weekend was a heartfelt speech from one of our staff members. It reminded us why we do what we do and how grateful we are to have such an incredible team beside us.

To our staff—thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and for being the heart of Sisu Living! We appreciate each and every one of you more than words can express. ❤️ Here's to making memories together and continuing to support one another as a team!

🎉 Employee of the Quarter Spotlight 🎉
At Sisu Living, we're always looking for new ways to celebrate our amazing team members!

This quarter, we switched things up a little for our Employee of the Quarter recognition. In addition to the usual recognition, Adrianna got to pick an activity to enjoy with the bosses and her choice was TopGolf! We spent the day celebrating all of her hard work, dedication, and the difference she makes at Sisu Living!

We had a great time, shared plenty of laughs, and maybe even discovered a few hidden golf talents. 😊

☀️What a great day with the team at Sisu Living!

Today we traded the conference room for the park and spent some time connecting, collaborating, and enjoying the beautiful weather together. We followed our staff meeting with a picnic lunch filled with grilled hot dogs, great food, lots of laughter, and plenty of team bonding.

We’re incredibly grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and truly enjoys spending time together. Days like these are a great reminder that strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do and part of what makes Sisu Living so special.
