Introducing Dr. Sigma Takeuchi, PT, DPT, EMR

Dr. Sigma specializes in back pain, shoulder/elbow, and is our return-to-sport specialist for all field sports particularly soccer. One of our team’s directors, he runs a lot of things behind the scenes to make sure our clinic is delivering the best environment and experience possible.

He’s lowkey a fashion influencer on the side, bought a house this year in San Rafael, and is enjoying life up here with his girlfriend Kru. He is fluent in Japanese and getting athletes to their absolute peak.

We are a sports PT clinic, born out of frustration of seeing patients getting absolutely wrecked by the healthcare system and generic PT clinics doing the absolute minimum. Too many patients failing because of the terrible help around them.

We focus on your goals. We don’t hand you off to aides or assistants. We check in with you between sessions. We don’t undercut your time. And we are always studying up for the best treatments and exercises that will get you feeling your best.

We are your sports rehab experts. Trained and proven in virtually every sport from football to lacrosse, soccer to tennis, pickleball to volleyball and everything in-between.

But we are also your motivators. Your accountability partners. Your support system who won’t stop giving it our best until you are back where you need to be, pain-free and performing 100%.
