As a Coach, Practitioner, and Artist, my work supports clients to release blocks that may be keeping them from achieving the well-being and life alignment that is possible both inside and out. One person’s well-being can benefit their entire community and the greater collective. The path to self-discovery and self-trust is not linear. I continue to learn years later. It’s a practice of caring for
my well-being. It takes courage and commitment to choose myself again and again. My work in the integrative health field is to remind people that they are worthy of the life that they really want. That they have the authority to make choices right for them, starting from a place of knowing their authentic, powerful self. I am a coach, an ally, a support, a teacher, and a facilitator of healing. Being a space holder, a vision holder and a guide to personal empowerment is my honor and privilege. I utilize many tools like guided imagery, energy work, stress-reduction techniques, nonviolent communication, inner child work, and integrative health resources to support my clients’ healing and empowerment. I truly believe that the ripple effects of individual healing can heal our world. We are all deserving of rich, harmonious, and healthy lives inside and out.
