Stepping into your calling as a birth worker is a sacred journey of growth, maturation, and transition. Our structured 9-month roadmap is designed to guide you step-by-step from a passionate observer into a prestigious, confident doula professional:

✨ First Trimester (Months 1-3): Deep Roots & Foundation
Immerse yourself in our online educational modules. You’ll build a solid clinical foundation in reproductive anatomy, physical comfort measures, the intuitive art of excellent care, ancestrally rooted postpartum support, etc.

✨ Second Trimester (Months 4-6): Launch & Alignment
Step into your pre-certification phase, set up your “business-in-a-box” framework, and begin making your very first meaningful client connections.

✨ Third Trimester (Months 7-9): Presence & Completion
Begin attending births, process your experiences, and emerge as a fully certified, highly excellent Doula Sentinel.

🤝 Held Every Step of the Way
You will never walk this path alone. Your transition is fully supported by a safety net of guidance, support, and mentorship every step of the way.

Every person who thinks to work in the birth world has their why.

Here is mine.

I saw what happened when a woman was left alone in that room.

No advocate. No one who truly knew her. No one to slow it down, name what was happening, help her through it, or remind her of her own power.

And I watched the interventions come, one after another, that might have been avoided.

And the tragedy that followed for her and/or her child. 💔

That moment both broke me and changed me. It is the reason I show up with real, genuine, and ancestrally fierce and rooted support.

The question isn’t whether you felt the fire.
The question is what you are you going to do with it.

Birth changes you. Motherhood transforms you.

Their very existence causes me to want to be better every day and motivates me to fight for what matters most: Life. And life abundant.

Need I say more?

Doula career = 70-80 hours/month (that’s for 3 births a month…and if I did 4 births a month that would be 100 hrs/month and I’d be making just under 100k)

VS

Nine-to-five career = 160-200 hours/month ⏰⏰⏰

What would you do with your time….if you could work HALF as much as you do now in your current 9-5?

Some of us were made for this work long before we had a name for it.

🌙 If you’ve ever been the calm one, the one who stays, the one who shows up at 3am without thinking twice, the one who can read fear a mile away, the one who can’t help but to protect. You’ve been doing this work your whole life… just without the title.

Maybe you were meant to be a doula. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My momma doulaing the doula.

Coming home from a postpartum overnight shift and seeing my mom waiting for me at the dining table to make sure I got back home safely, having already done all the dishes and cooking and holding down the fort while I’ve been gone, is the sweetest sight. It also has me thinking back to when I was a kid and she used to work the overnight shift at the post office for 20+ years at my current age (in her 30s and 40s… so young)! Can’t believe the sacrifice. More hustle than I could ever have.

She’s been seriously doulaing me and my kids while she’s been visiting, but mom and dad are flying back home tomorrow 😭.
