Being a mama means so much to me. Motherhood has taught me patience, shown me a love I never knew existed, and reminded me just how strong we truly are.💕

But today, I’m also celebrating all the incredible mamas I’ve met through my classes. Watching you continue to show up for yourselves, your babies, and your well being through every season of motherhood is so inspiring. The strength, love, and resilience in this community never goes unnoticed.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mamas you deserve to be celebrated today and every day. ✨
