Burnout often looks like exhaustion, but for many neurodivergent adults it runs deeper — masking, sensory overwhelm, constant monitoring, and executive-function effort all drain us in ways others may not see. I have watched how isolation and the quiet grief of late identification can make recovery feel heavier than it needs to be.

That is why I created the FlowState Support Circle: an online community that meets every other Wednesday from 7:30–9:00 p.m. Eastern. We talk honestly about burnout, unmasking, boundaries, sensory needs, relationships, and practical strategies for nervous system regulation and daily functioning. This is not about fixing each other. It is about finding people who understand and trade tips that actually work in real life.

The group runs on a monthly subscription so there is no long-term obligation. We are currently welcoming new members and will begin as soon as we have enough people to form the first circle. If you have been feeling depleted, disconnected, or hungry for connection with others who get the nuances of neurodivergent life, consider joining us.
