Happy Friday, Friends!

I have done a thing.

I have done it wildly imperfectly.

And sharing it with the world is actually quite terrifying.

But growing is about taking imperfect action.

Whether it's improving your health or anything else.

Imperfect action is far superior to no action.

So, here it is, my weekly YouTube series: Health and Holiness.

The first episode is my sermon assignment for my training to become a Certified Lay Minister in the Global Methodist Church.

I would love for you to check it out and share it with a friend:

With the passing of Memorial Day Weekend, Summer has officially begun in the United States.

Pools are open.

Schools are out or getting out.

Time on the water is on our minds...

I’m not a fan of striving for a “beach body.”

But, the fact is, we all want to look and feel our best.

All the time.

It’s not just feeling pretty in sundresses and swimsuits.

It’s being able to say “yes” to walking all over a new city.

Yes to the mountain hiking.

Yes to the bicycle rides.Yes to dancing the night away.

If you’re feeling like you don’t have the energy, strength, stamina, or confidence to say “YES” to all Summer has to offer, it’s not too late!

The human body is amazingly resilient.

And so much can change surprisingly fast.

My client, Betty (name changed) is a 65 year old retiree.

In March, she came to me feeling frustrated that she was holding her family back on vacations because she could’t walk as far or as fast.

She was significantly overweight, had not routine, spent far more time binging YouTube than taking care of herself.

Like so many women, Betty had tried all the things over the decades.

Losing weight.

Gaining it back.

Losing weight again.

Gaining it back again.

She saw herself as someone who couldn’t follow through. Could’t commit and stick with something.

Never mind that she had a successful and happy marriage of many decades, a career, and raised a son who is a respectable man and husband.

It’s amazing how we women tie so much of our success and ability to our physical appearance.

Caring for our health and our bodies is so much deeper than weight.

And it’s so much more than willpower and discipline.

We’re only two months in to our work together, and Betty went from feeling totally exhausted after a two mile walk, to energized and excited to walk four miles a day AND is starting to add in exercise classes and strength training.

She is:
-cooking food at home, from real ingredients.
-traded hours on YouTube for crocheting.
-has a routine that keeps her on track

Her confidence is back.
Her clothes fit more comfortably.
Her muscles are stronger — she can stand up without using her arms for support!

While she says she couldn’t have done it without my help, she couldn’t have done it without making a decision.

A decision to ask for help.
A decision to commit to herself.
A decision to choose a new story.

A story where she is committed, capable, and worthy of nurturing.

Betty has proven it’s never too late to get started.

But you have to decide to start.

Why wait another moment to feel energized, confident, and able to live your life to the fullest?

Today we honor our military heroes.

Everything they have given to protect our country and the American sense of freedom over the past 250 years.

As I reflect on our complicated history as a country, our own complicated personal histories, and all that it takes to contribute to the good of society, I was inspired to create a Memorial Day offer.

In order to be alert and ready for duty a seaman, soldier, or airman, one must take good care of oneself.

Getting enough sleep, nourishment, movement.

Training one’s body and mind.

In order to be a woman who is ready for duty in her daily life, military or not, we must train our bodies and minds.

Holistic Health Coaching with me is about taking the total life approach to caring for yourself: body, mind, and spirit.

We remember those who gave their lives, in order to give us better lives.

Let’s honor them by living our best lives, caring for ourselves, so we can care for those around us.

There’s no better time to get started in making a shift in your health and wellbeing than by starting now.

For this Memorial Day week ONLY, I am offering a bonus for everyone who decides to commit to taking excellent care of themselves by June 2, 2026.

My consultation calendar is wide open for this week, so we can ensure this is the right step for you.

And if you pay in full by midnight on June 2, I’ll send you my favorite basic supplements to help you jump start our work together with the right nutritional support.

This special bonus includes a two month supply of:
-my favorite minerals
-the best combination of fish oil, vitamin D and K supplement available
-and my favorite magnesium blend

These are the basic supplements I take every day to keep my mind sharp and body nourished.

Highly absorbable.
No fillers of preservatives.

Do not wait to book your consultation. This offer expires one week from today.

Comment "HONOR" to get started.

For the past three years, I have been surrounded by a bubble of mature followers of Jesus. Over the past six months or so, a few of those relationships have grown into close discipleship and deeper conversations of encouragement, accountability, and growth.

Suddenly, God told me to give up my apartment and head out on the road…an Abraham style, "go to the land which I will show you”…kind of moment. (Yes, I am aware of how crazy it sounds 🙃)

It's exciting and scary. Thankfully, I got nothing but encouragement before I left and in the early days on the road.

For the moment, I'm settled in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia during the week and visiting with my family in Maryland over the weekends.

The excitement hasn't lasted as long as I expected…and my weekly calls with my spiritual mentor have become literal life lines as I wander in the wilderness.

Yes, I have my daily time with God. Reading Scripture and praying and times of silence to listen to Him. While Jesus is everything we need, being alone with Him is not enough.

We were created to do life with others.

When you're choosing a life that the people around you don't understand, it gets really hard to stay the course and keep a good attitude.

I understand on a whole new level why the apostles went out in two's.

What's this have to do with you and your health?

Chances are, the people around you, maybe even within your own home, aren't making choices that support excellent health.

I am here to teach you how to support your feminine physiology, so that you can finally reach your ideal weight, reclaim your energy, and feel like yourself again.

Just like I meet with my mentors each week, you and I will meet each week for the combination of health, life, and spiritual support.

You'll learn tools and practices to keep you building resilience and moving in the right direction between your coaching calls.

Each week, we'll have a conversation that will guide and refine your progress as well as encourage and uplift you.

You don't have to figure it out alone and you don't have to do it alone.

Get started by scheduling your free consultation now.
