Feeling pretty good though and not obsessing over my appearance. I’m hitting the gym regularly and getting in some really great workouts, tracking food, prioritizing protein, micronutrients, water and getting my steps in! ⁣⁣

The goal is maintaining and I just love the accountability I get from these challenges ! ⁣

Ladies: If you always keep in mind that you are your dads baby girl; his constant lessons, concern of change in your life and judging the hell out of men you choose will make sense. Lol ⁣

My dad is a tough one, but he’s a good one. ⁣

He makes sure I know everything he knows. Makes sure I manage risk. And makes sure I have my priorities in order at all times.⁣

Y’all know I lost one of my big toe nails right? 🤭⁣

Well it’s true, a few months back. ⁣
⁣
Lost it in a CrossFit workout. RIP ⁣
⁣
Anywho, I have been prioritizing my micronutrients (microfactor daily) as well as my hair, skin and nails supplementation. ⁣
⁣
This is a and the bottle has since changed, but it’s still exactly what I need to give my hair, skin and nails the nutrients they need to thrive. ⁣
⁣
Trying to grow my hair back out again, as well as my big toe nail (😭) and with the help of these extra nutrients to promote healthy growth (cell regeneration) and aid in collagen production, I’m well on my way. ⁣

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard:⁣

“I’ll just wait until the gym opens up” ⁣

“I’m a bit limited because I don’t have access to a gym” ⁣
⁣
“When things get back to normal...blah blah blah” ⁣

There’s tons you can still do. ⁣
⁣
And there is definitely no reason to wait around for anything. ⁣
⁣
Make due with what you have. ⁣
⁣
It’s one thing to miss it, it’s another thing to make excuses as to why you can’t progress. ⁣
