The idea that “Massage is a luxury” is a significant misconception. Massage is a crucial element in reducing chronic pain, stress, sleep disorders, circulation issues, and more.
“Sitting is the new smoking”-Unknown.
Desk jobs are the primary source of pain I observe in my clients. Achieving pain relief from the neck to the knees(not limited to)is essential, not a luxury. This is a great example of why massage should not be mixed in with the “Beauty Industry” I challenge you to examine the substantial impact a desk job has on your body.
