Sunday self-care started with sleeping in a bit, followed by yoga at , then a pretty beetroot latte from .sav and then meal prepping to keep the next week healthy and successful. It can be small things that can add up and be powerful for our physical and mental health.

Welcome to therapy! In here, we try to make everyone feel safe and respected. From the waiting room to the entry we offer clients and families a treat, coffee, tea, and water. We designed the space to be fun for the kids to promote the playful spirit but also calm and relaxing to help with the healing process. I’m sharing a peek inside the office at Azalea Counseling! I wanted it to feel inspired by nature and promote a sense of calm and peace for healing but also some playfulness for the play therapy kiddos. I still have more to add but the foundation is established.
