Live Well. Feel Empowered.

Are you ready to take charge of your health, happiness, and independence - your way?

Join Living Well in the Community at LIFE, Inc. - a FREE, interactive workshop series for people who want to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

This program is designed for adults living with disabilities and for people experiencing changes related to aging, surgery, chronic health conditions, or mobility challenges who want tools to stay active and engaged in their communities.

Led by trained LIFE staff, this supportive program focuses on real-life skills, self-care strategies, and goal setting at your pace and based on your strengths.

Program Details:
Mondays & Wednesdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Starting Monday, March 23rd, 2026 for 5 weeks / 10 total sessions
Hybrid format: Join in person or via Zoom
Location: LIFE, Inc. 4811 Waters Avenue, Savannah, GA or on Zoom.

Who Can Join:
> Adults with disabilities, chronic health conditions, or mobility challenges living within LIFE’s service area
> Limited to 12 participants
> Topics include goal setting, communication, advocacy, healthy habits, building support, and more.
