As we end another year, and this decade, I want to give everyone a sincere huge and THANK YOU for helping Nordic Edge spread its message of all-around health and wellness as far as it has gone. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for all of you supporting us. Thank you especially to the Eastchester community (family) that started it all!

People have been focused on health and wellness now more than ever, and I hope that trend will continue in 2020. This is the year (and decade) for people to take action and make their health and well-being their priority. I know I have. Exercise regularly, eat well, sleep even better, and let us help you go above and beyond :)

Happy New Year!

This is what fat freeze sessions did to help one of our clients with her unwanted belly fat! Through targeted lipolysis, the body can safely destroy fat cells and eliminate it naturally without causing scars on the skin. We're so happy we can help people look and feel better! 💙🔥❄️

Normatec compression sleeves can be used to compress the arms or legs. Most people are familiar with RICE (Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate), well, this does a better job than a bandage can! It compressses and decompresses to help pump blood and lactic acid out, allowing your body to naturally heal faster. All this without an expensive visit to your Chiropractor or PT's office. That's modern wellness convenience! 💙🔥❄️
