This Hip rehab since my labral tear surgery in February has been very challenging. Starting phase 2, strength training with atrophy is frustrating, slow and humbling. But- I can say that empathizing and helping post surgery clients has been very rewarding. So there is always value in what seems to be a set back. Moving more into specializing in what I like to call "special considerations ". Do you feel like you have something medical or emotional that needs to be considered?! Reach out.
