First test batch ready! 🌼

My homemade Calendula + Chamomile Jojoba Face Oil (2oz bottles)

A gentle, nourishing facial oil infused for daily soothing, hydration, and calming sensitive or irritated skin. Jojoba is lightweight and non-greasy — great for acne-prone skin too. Lightly scented with cardamom and a bit of vitamin E for freshness.
Just a few drops morning or night after cleansing. Absorbs well and leaves skin feeling soft and comfortable.

Jojoba oil infused with calendula & chamomile flowers for 12 hours in a high heat water bath. Then stored in a dark place for 2 weeks to really get all the properties extracted. Vitamin E added so it lasts about 1 year when stored in a cool, dark place.

As a nurse, this is a botanical skincare oil, not medicine. Patch test first!

So hypothetically… Would you buy natural ingredient products fyour hair and body?

I know sometimes people won’t because they don’t like the smells like lavender, rose, sandalwood or something like that.

Would you be more apt to buy something that is more vanilla, citrus or even that popular teen scent 😂

What’s a “normal” price point you wouldn’t flinch at when purchasing?

Hi friends! I’ve been a bit MIA due to being in FNP school. But my holistic ways have to be channeled SOMEWHERE! Soooooo I’m making natural products lol. Yesterday it was flax seed gel for my daughter’s curly (highly recommend for every wash) & a sugar scrub. Today? Leave in conditioner that smells like cupcakes ❤️

Definitely going to have family try them out and see if they might be worth making small batches to sell 😊

One of the most common things people tell me is:

“I hit a wall around 2 or 3 every afternoon. 😩”

Most people assume it’s just a busy day or lack of sleep.

But very often it comes down to blood sugar regulation.

Some patterns I see all the time:

☕ coffee replacing breakfast
🍳 very little protein in the morning
⏳ long gaps between meals

When blood sugar swings throughout the day, the nervous system eventually hits a wall.

That 2–3 PM crash is often your body asking for stability.

The good news? Small changes in the morning can completely change how the rest of the day feels. ✨
