Take a moment to look back over this year & be intentional on what you choose to carry forward.

Express gratitude for all the experiences, lessons & gifts. (Win some, learn some)

Release what no longer serves the life you are intentionally creating. Make (or update) your plan for the coming year. How are you setting up your winter season to prosper in the next year? Now is the time to get things aligned for your next Spring season. (prune away the unhealthy bits, harvest the seeds for next year’s crops, protect & nourish the soil of the garden; literal, figurative & spiritual).

FB is Fb-ing. Ive gotten notices that this page “isnt following standards” and they’ve turned off the recommendation feature. I dispute it each time. Considering how infrequently I post & how little actual engagement I receive, I KNOW something else is going on.

So, Ive disputed again. Cleared it again.

Now Im asking YOU to take a moment to recommend this page, my services; to recommend Me. Maybe that will help “them” see this is a valid, good and recommendable page. And maybe that will help others find this page and encourage them to give me a chance to help them. 🫶

I recently read something that said something like “You have to leave the table if Love is no longer being served”

That HIT! …and made me think. I really like this analogy.

Not only tables where “I” am not being “served” love but those that Im holding onto but no longer serving Love.

If not Love, what are we offering? What are we expected to consume?

Is it time to push away from the table?
Stop inviting non-loving guests?
Stop accepting invitations to unloving tables?
Maybe set (& enforce) some firm boundaries around what we’re willing to “eat”?

Do we need to restock the pantry? (Look within to find what we have to offer and/or develop better/healthier options.)

Is it time to clean up our emotional & relationship diets?
