❤️❤️❤️Od bardzo dawna było to moje jedno z ukrytych marzeń. I nareszcie! Moje marzenie ujżało światło dzienne!!!

TRUELYOU ma swój głos – i Ty możesz go usłyszeć!

🌟 Are You Getting Your Daily Dose of Essential Minerals? 🌟

Imagine this: your body is like a thriving city, and essential minerals are the dedicated workers behind the scenes. These tiny but powerful nutrients keep the "city" running - your heart beats, your brain stays sharp, and your energy never skips. But there’s a catch - your body doesn’t produce minerals on its own. To thrive, you have to supply them daily.

So, how many do you need? There are 13 essential minerals, each one playing a unique role in your health:

🦴 Calcium: Strengthens bones and teeth, supports muscle function, and helps blood clot properly.
🩸 Iron: Powers your body’s ability to carry oxygen in the blood, preventing fatigue and boosting energy.
⚡ Magnesium: Relaxes muscles, supports sleep, reduces stress, and balances hormones.
💧 Potassium: Regulates fluid balance, supports healthy blood pressure, and helps muscles contract.
💎 Zinc: Boosts immunity, supports wound healing, and maintains healthy skin.
🧠 Iodine: Keeps your thyroid healthy, which is critical for metabolism, energy, and brain function.
🧡 Sodium: Maintains fluid balance, helps nerves and muscles work properly, and prevents dehydration.
💪 Phosphorus: Strengthens bones and teeth and helps create energy in the body.
🔥 Sulfur: Supports protein structure, detoxification, and the production of antioxidants like glutathione.
🛡️ Selenium: A powerful antioxidant that protects cells from damage and supports immunity.
🔵 Copper: Helps the body absorb iron, maintain healthy blood vessels, and support brain function.
🟡 Manganese: Aids in metabolism, bone formation, and wound healing.
🌿 Chromium: Helps regulate blood sugar levels by improving insulin function.

Why do you need them?
Your body relies on these minerals to function properly every single day. Without them, you might experience:

Low energy: Struggling to get through the day or feeling tired no matter how much you rest.
Poor focus: Difficulty concentrating or brain fog.
Weak immunity: Getting sick more often than usual.
Muscle issues: Cramping, twitching, or even weakness.
Over time, lacking these minerals can contribute to more serious health issues like brittle bones, thyroid problems, or metabolic imbalances.
How do you get these minerals?
Here’s the good news: they’re found in everyday foods!
🌈 Leafy greens like spinach and kale contain magnesium, calcium, and potassium.
🥑 Avocados and bananas are potassium superstars.
🥜 Nuts and seeds (like almonds and sunflower seeds) provide magnesium, zinc, and manganese.
🥗 Seafood like salmon and shellfish are excellent sources of iodine, selenium, and zinc.
🍳 Eggs and lean meats bring in iron and phosphorus.
🧂 Iodized or Himalayan pink salt can help you get sodium and iodine.
💧 Mineral-rich water or coconut water can also give your body an extra boost.

But here’s the challenge: knowing how much of each mineral you’re getting daily can feel overwhelming. Life is busy, and tracking every meal or snack might not be realistic. This is where a personalized approach can make a world of difference.

✨ Let me help you: I specialize in designing personalized diet plans that ensure your body gets all the essential nutrients it needs. Together, we’ll create a program tailored to YOUR lifestyle, preferences, and health goals—without stress or confusion.

🌱 Got PCOS? Nutrition Matters! 🌱
If you’re managing PCOS or know someone who is, you know how overwhelming it can feel to find the right balance. At TruelyYou, I believe in making this journey a little easier and a lot more empowering! That’s why I am super excited to share a sneak peek from my upcoming ebook that will be completely FREE about PCOS.

Unit 8. Dietary Recommendations for People with PCOS. 🌿✨
In this section, you’ll learn about:
✅ The importance of low-glycemic carbs and insulin regulation
✅ How healthy fats can balance hormones and reduce inflammation
✅ The role of fiber for metabolic health and weight management
✅ Why avoiding added sugars and processed foods can ease PCOS symptoms

Here is a sample of this unit 📖📖📖

“Diet plays a key role in managing PCOS symptoms. A properly balanced diet can help regulate insulin and other hormone levels, as well as reduce the risk of inflammation, which can exacerbate PCOS symptoms. Here, we'll take a look at which nutrients are particularly beneficial and which foods are worth avoiding.
8.1 Insulin resistance and carbohydrates
Women with PCOS are more likely to have insulin resistance, so it's crucial to understand how carbohydrates affect blood sugar levels. Eating low-glycemic carbs, such as whole grains, low-sugar vegetables, and fruits, can help keep glucose levels stable. Avoiding white bread, pasta, sweets and sodas can prevent insulin spikes and contribute to improved well-being…”

I remember meeting a client who, like many others, was struggling in silence with the effects of PCOS. She shared how each morning started with a glance in the mirror that felt more like a battle than a reflection—a battle against irregular cycles, unexpected weight changes, and the constant worry of what else her body might throw her way. Each symptom felt like a reminder that something was out of balance, and it left her feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and exhausted.

But as we talked, I saw her light up with hope. I could see the relief on her face when she realized she wasn’t alone in this journey. She didn’t have to bear this burden by herself; there was a way forward, one rooted in understanding and self-compassion.

I truly believe that with the right support, managing PCOS is not only possible but transformative. I believe in the power of informed choices, the strength of tailored guidance, and, most importantly, the comfort of having someone walk with you, step by step.

If you’re facing this journey, know that you don’t have to walk it alone. Together, we can explore ways to bring balance back into your life. Whether it’s understanding your symptoms, creating supportive lifestyle changes, or simply finding someone who genuinely understands what you're going through—I am here to help.

💡 Think you might have PCOS? Early awareness and a compassionate approach to managing it can be life-changing. Let's connect, talk through your experience, and find a path that aligns with the real you.

👉 Ready to take that step? Book a 1:1 consultation, and let’s start this journey toward healing, understanding, and true well-being together.
