Starting Monday, July 6th at 4:00 PM, Coach Cassandra will be leading a weekly Yoga & Mobility class designed to help you improve flexibility, increase mobility, reduce aches and pains, and support recovery from your strength training.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, weekend warrior, or just want to move and feel better, this class is for you.
