Some pictures of this past weeks activities, our folks at Ascend Life went to the fair, got their hair cut, celebrated a birthday with a party, went to Oakwood Greenhouse to pick some plants for our ADT & enjoyed planting them, had a movie day where we worked on our budgeting skills, and much more! 😊

Today we decided to have a water day with water guns, water balloons, a pool, and a water slide from our friends at Blanton Inflatables! Shoutout to them for making yet another rental go insanely smooth for us, if your ever looking to have any kind of inflatable for any event you host, look into Blanton Inflatables, they are absolutely wonderful and so nice! Another shoutout to “Gloria” & Miss Kathy for having a cooking class with some of our folks today as well!
Another things we did this week include a couple kickball games, farm visits, ice cream stops, and we had a birthday this week! Happy Birthday MH!🎉

Today’s adventure involved good deals and good eating! Our folks enjoyed the sunshine while out hitting all the good yard sales around town! We also went to Golden Corral in London, Ky, where the staff were a tremendous help and made things so convenient and easy for us! As you can probably tell cookies and chocolate cake were a hit for us!☀️😊

These are some more of our favorite trips, events, and activities that Ascend Life has participated in during the last little bit, including Lights Under Louisville, Night to Shine, C.A.N Helps annual picnic, the sporting leagues, haircuts from Campbellsville School of Barber, coffee and connections, Serenity Foundations Easter event, TPS Christmas event, many lunches out and about to our favorite restaurants, and more!

Ascend Life is back in full swing of posting our fantastic folks, we were MIA for a minute but that doesn’t mean we stopped taking all the fun trips and participating in the sports leagues, etc. 😊 so we’re going to share some of the places and things we’ve done since our last post and get back to regularly scheduled posts! This past Friday we took a trip to Kentucky Downunder, which is a fan favorite around here! We always have the best time feeding the kangaroos & emu! Shoutout to Ky Downunder’s wonderful staff for always making sure our folks have the most wonderful time, everytime!🦘
