✨ Every beautiful thing has a beginning… and this is ours. ❤️

Over the past five years, some of the most incredibly talented practitioners have found their way to the Scituate Salt Cave. And I wanted to find a special way to thank them for all the love, care, and healing they bring to our community.

So I started hosting little Soul Sister Summits, just for them. 💕

We laughed, we cried, we ate, we meditated, we practiced yoga, we got creative… and most importantly, we connected.

These photos are a little peek into those very first gatherings. My way of expressing gratitude to the women who give so much of themselves to others.

Little did I know what those gatherings would grow into. ✨

Last year, we took that same spirit of love, connection, and gratitude to a much bigger stage. And I couldn’t be prouder of the beautiful collective we’ve become.

And now, just 30 days away from our second Soul Sisterhood Summit, it’s YOUR turn.

On 11/11, the women who once came together to celebrate and be celebrated are now coming together to take care of YOU.

A day to reconnect, recharge, discover, and simply receive.

This time, the day is all about you. ❤️

Five years ago today, on October 3, 2021, our very first customer walked through the doors of the Scituate Salt Cave and looking back, we couldn’t have dreamed up a better beginning.

We had opened our books to friends and family so we could ease our way in…but somehow, someway, a public booking snuck through.

Rather than panic, Paul and I looked at each other and said, “Well…let’s just have her come in and see how it goes. It’ll be a real test!”

And just like that, our very first customer on our very first day was someone we didn’t know.

Her name was Kerry Melavin.

Five years later, Kerry has become a friend, one of our biggest cheerleaders, and has visited us hundreds of times. And yes, seriously, HUNDREDS. 🥹

Kerry, thank you for taking a chance on us from day one, for spreading the word, and for supporting us every step of the way.

Of all the people who could have unknowingly booked that first appointment, we feel pretty lucky it was you. 🤍

Five years later, that first day feels even more special than it did then. 🧂✨

5 years.

I can hardly believe I’m saying that.

Five years ago, we opened the doors to the Scituate Salt Cave with a vision of creating more than just a wellness space.

I wanted it to be a place where people could come to exhale.
To slow down.
To reconnect.
To breathe a little deeper.
And sometimes, to simply be.

And over the years, it became so much more than I ever could have imagined.

You came for salt sessions, classes and events — but you also brought your stories, your friendships, your celebrations, your hard seasons, your laughter and your love.

You helped turn this little Cave by the sea into a true community.

And the truth is, there would be no five years without you.

So as we celebrate this milestone, I just want to say thank you.

For walking through our doors.
For sharing us with your friends.
For supporting this dream.

Here’s to five beautiful years… and everything still to come. 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

On October 4 9amHealth I’m going to be holding a men’s meditation group at Scituate Salt Cave A space for men to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves beneath the noise of everyday life. Through gentle breathwork, mindfulness, body awareness, and periods of stillness, we’ll practice noticing what’s here without immediately needing to fix or change it. No experience necessary. No expectations. Simply an opportunity to show up, get quiet, and return to the body. I’d love to see you there- sign ups are live on the salt cave website
