We are beyond grateful and so incredibly proud to share that Scituate Salt Cave has been voted Best of the South Shore Wellness Center. ✨

We were also honored to receive recognition as Runner Up for Best Reiki and Runner Up for Best Counseling/Spiritual/Meditation Classes.

This means so much to us because Scituate Salt Cave has always been more than a place, it is a community. A place to breathe, soften, heal, connect, and come home to yourself.

To our amazing practitioners: this recognition belongs to you. Your gifts, your care, your energy, and the heart you bring into this space are what make the cave so special. We are so proud of each of you and so grateful to have you as part of our salty little family.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and if there’s one thing we know, it’s this: you can never really tell what someone is carrying.

Behind the smiles, the schedules, the small talk, and the “I’m fine,” so many people are walking through so much.

At Scituate Salt Cave, we see it every day. People come in carrying stress, grief, burnout, anxiety, heartbreak, overwhelm — and sometimes they simply come in needing a moment to breathe.

This month, we want to make that exhale a little more accessible.

For the entire month of May, Community Cave seats are just $25 Monday–Friday.

If you’ve been needing a reset, a pause, a soft place to land, this is your sign.
