“TEEING YOU UP”…..
A narcissist does something I call "teeing you up", you know, like a golfer. Narcissists have a way of setting you up, so you look crazy, and then, after they drive you crazy, they tell everyone you ARE crazy. That's teeing you up. It's a form of “framing”. The narcissist frames, or defines, the situation, not you.
It feels like your life is out of control....which it is. And, then, to top it off, after they've made you feel and look crazy, the narcissist says, “see what they have to put up with?”
Oh yea...been there, done that.
