With the worsening opioid epidemic in Arizona and nationwide, the practice will focus on effective, thoroughly studied conservative and interventional treatment modalities, as well as complementary and alternative modalities. Ideally, treatment will be applied early in the disease process to decrease patients’ pain, restore their daily function, and reduce their daily medication requirements. Driven by a physician that is very family-oriented, the team will strive to provide the same level of care that they would demand of themselves for their loved ones.

Most people hear the word “laser” and think about skin treatments.

Not this one.

Think of your body like a phone.

When the battery gets low, everything slows down.

The MLS M7 Laser helps deliver light energy to support your body’s natural healing process.

That’s why many people are surprised to learn it can be used for back pain, joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and inflammation.

I use the MLS M7 Laser every day to help active adults stay active and keep doing the things they love.

Want to learn how the MLS M7 Laser helps support healing and reduce inflammation? Comment MLSLASER and we’ll send you more information.

PRP is the iPhone 8. The Regenokine® Program is the iPhone 16.

Both are Apple. Both work. But they are not the same.

Most people think regenerative medicine is one-size-fits-all. You get a shot, it heals, done.

But picking the wrong treatment for your body is like upgrading your phone and still ending up with the same problems. You spent the time. You went through the process. And you’re still not where you want to be.

Here’s the difference.

PRP is your own blood, concentrated and injected back into the damaged area to stimulate healing. Think of it like the iPhone 8. Solid. Proven. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Great for mild to moderate joint damage, tendon injuries, and early arthritis.

The Regenokine® Program is autologous conditioned serum. We take your blood, incubate it at body temperature for 24 hours, and allow it to produce a highly concentrated serum loaded with your body’s own natural anti-inflammatory proteins. Then we inject it back in.

Same concept as PRP. Completely different level.

This is the iPhone 16. More powerful. More targeted. Built for people with moderate to severe arthritis, chronic inflammation, spine degeneration, or anyone who has already tried PRP and wants more.

I am one of 8 physicians in the entire country certified in the Regenokine® Program. The only one in Arizona.

If you want to know which one is right for you, comment REGENOKINE below and my team will send you everything you need to know.

Most people have heard of PRP.

Few people have heard of the Regenokine® Program.

Think of PRP as bringing more players onto the field.

Think of Regenokine® as bringing in the referee.

When inflammation has been running the game for too long, healing gets harder.

The referee’s job isn’t to score points.

It’s to calm things down so the game can move forward.

That’s what makes the Regenokine® Program different.

Dr. Ashu Goyle is one of only 8 physicians in the United States certified to offer it.

Comment PAINKIT and we’ll send you our free Pain guide. Inside are 10 simple things Dr. Goyle teaches his clients to help them reduce inflammation, move better, heal smarter, and stay active for years to come.

As we celebrate 5 years of Integrated Spine, Pain & Wellness, I find myself reflecting on the person who made this journey possible. While my name may be on the door, the heart and soul behind so much of what we have built is my wife, Nikki. She believed in this vision long before it became a reality. She believed in me when I doubted myself. Through the uncertainty, the sacrifices, the long days, the sleepless nights, and the countless moments when the future was anything but guaranteed, her faith never wavered. She has been my rock, my foundation, my greatest supporter, and the steady force that has held this dream together from the very beginning.

ISPW was never just about building a medical practice. It was about creating a place where people feel seen, heard, cared for, and empowered. Nikki has embodied that mission every single day. Her compassion, warmth, love for our clients, and unwavering commitment to our vision have shaped the culture of this practice in ways that words can hardly capture. And of course, no tribute would be complete without recognizing our beloved office puppies, who have become such a cherished part of the ISPW family. Together, they bring comfort, smiles, laughter, and a sense of home to everyone who walks through our doors.

Today, while we celebrate five years of growth, healing, and purpose, my deepest gratitude belongs to Nikki. Every life we’ve touched, every challenge we’ve overcome, and every milestone we’ve reached has been possible because she walked beside me through it all. I am endlessly grateful for her love, her belief, her partnership, and the beautiful life we have built together. ISPW would not be what it is today without her, and neither would I. ❤️🙏🏾

Follow me if you want to learn more about regenerative medicine and see if it might be right for you.

In 2017, I was lost.

I had the career I had worked my whole life for, but something was missing. I became a doctor to help people, and I wasn’t feeling that anymore.

I used to tell people that I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up. As funny as it sounds, I meant it.

Then Nikki and I went to a pain conference in Napa.

A doctor I had never met stood up and gave a talk about regenerative medicine. I sat there listening, and something clicked.

For the first time in a long time, I felt excited again.

I left that conference knowing this was the path I wanted to take. I wanted to help people in a different way.

That doctor became one of my closest friends and mentors.

This weekend, we were together again. But this time, I was the one on stage teaching other doctors about regenerative medicine.

It was one of those moments that makes you stop and think about how far you’ve come.

I am so grateful for that day in Napa. It changed my career, my purpose, and the way I care for my patients.

If you feel stuck in your health or in your life, don’t give up.

Keep asking questions. Keep learning. Keep looking for answers.

Sometimes one moment can change everything.

Being told you’re bone-on-bone can feel devastating.

Suddenly every step is a reminder.
The morning stiffness.

The aching after a long day.
The stairs you avoid.
The walks that have gotten shorter. The golf rounds you can’t finish.
The vacations that revolve around finding a place to sit.

You start wondering if this is just what getting older feels like. And then someone tells you: “It’s time for a knee replacement.”

We see it every day.

The golfer who wants 18 holes back. The hiker who misses the trail. The grandparent who wants to get on the floor with their grandkids without paying for it the next day. The person who just wants to walk through Costco without stopping because their knee is throbbing.

Bone-on-bone is a description of what an image shows.

It is not a prediction of what your future has to look like.

Before you make any major decisions, you deserve to understand your knee, your options, and what may actually be driving your pain.

Swipe through to see the 5 things we tell every bone-on-bone patient before they consider surgery.

Then comment QUIZ below and we’ll send you our candidate quiz to find out if regenerative medicine may be an option for you.

Your next step should come from understanding all of your options. Not just one.
