Healthy Success Made Simple

Healthy Success Made Simple A healthy lifestyle is made up of many things - 'eating right' & exercise are just 2, but not all. I've been there.

Both Saving money and making money are important for financial stability. Short-term decisions affect your long-term life. When thousands of people were asked about their goals and what they valued the most, the majority said their Relationships - and they wanted to improve their relationship too. When asked what stops them from experiencing the most from your relationships & improving them, they said one of 3 things: Not enough time, not enough money (so they could spend more time), and/or physical health. What would your life & your relationships look like if where ever you are struggling wasn't such a struggle anymore? If you had the time, the money, and the health to have the life you

I get it. There were times in my life when I was missing 1, 2, or all 3 of those. Once I was able to solve those missing pieces in a way that others could as well, I wanted to pay it forward. Let's set up a 30 min exploratory meeting to discuss what isn't working for you, what you need and how we can help you fill that missing piece. https://calendly.com/talk-to-marianne/30-min-resolvethepuzzle

What if the opportunity you need isn’t new… it’s simply one you haven’t learned about yet?

We tend to make decisions based on the options we know.

👉 What career makes sense.
👉 How to earn more.
👉 How to improve our health.
👉 How to create more time.
👉 What our future could look like.

But here’s the problem with that: We can’t evaluate an option we don’t know exists.

That’s one reason education matters so much to me. Not education simply for the sake of knowing more - but education that expands what we believe is possible.

Sometimes one new piece of information changes the question from:
“Which of these choices should I make?”

to…

“Wait. I have another choice?”

And that can change everything.

🔥 More knowledge can create more clarity.
🔥 More clarity can create better choices.
🔥 And better choices can create more freedom - in our health, our time and our money.

So maybe the question isn’t only, “Am I making the best decision?”

Maybe it’s also: “Have I learned enough to know what my options really are?”

What’s something you learned later in life that made you realize you had choices you didn’t know you had?

“Easy to start” and “built for long-term success” are two very different things.

With so many people looking for ways to bring additional income into their households, opportunities with a low barrier to entry can be very appealing.

And there’s nothing wrong with that.

But the cost or ease of getting started is only one piece of the equation.

A better question might be:

👉 What are you actually trying to create?

Some people want a little extra money this month. Others want consistent monthly income, greater financial breathing room, or something that could eventually give them more choices with their time.

Those goals require looking beyond how easy something is to begin.

Consider the bigger picture:

👉 Are the products or services affordable enough to create repeat customers?

👉 Does the model encourage genuine recurring business - or require continually finding new sales?

👉 What are the ongoing expenses?

👉 Does the work you do today contribute to what you earn next month and next year?

👉 And does the opportunity realistically align with the amount and type of income you want to create?

Short-term income can be valuable. But short-term income and long-term financial stability aren't necessarily the same thing.

Before choosing an opportunity because it looks simple, take the time to understand what it was actually designed to build.

Because better information creates clarity.

And clarity gives us the ability to make choices that better support the life - and the freedoms - we're trying to create.

You may know the brand. But do you know who owns it? 👀

Most of us recognize Nestlé for things like coffee, chocolate and food.

But its reach goes much further - including pet care, baby nutrition, bottled water, supplements and wellness brands you may not immediately associate with Nestlé.

And that’s where this gets interesting.

Brands such as Garden of Life, Pure Encapsulations and Vital Proteins may look very different sitting on the shelf, but they’re connected through the same parent company.

So if you thought they were individual, natural products - they are not.

Does that automatically make a product good or bad? No.

But I do think ownership is one more piece of information worth knowing.

When I’m deciding what deserves a place in my home, I want to look beyond the front label and ask:

👉 Who owns the brand?
👉 Who actually makes the product?
👉 Where are the ingredients sourced?
👉 What quality and testing standards are used?
👉 And have any of those things changed since the brand was acquired?

The truth is many times they have changed. And the acquiring company is not required to inform the public.

The name on the front of the bottle is only part of the story.

Better information creates greater clarity.
Greater clarity creates more intentional choices.

And where you spend your money is a choice, too.

What if some of the money you’re already spending could come back to you?

We all buy the everyday stuff - toothpaste, laundry detergent, cleaning products, personal care, protein powders, workout supplements, vitamins, snacks, coffee, and so many other household & personal care essentials.

So I think it’s worth asking: does WHERE you shop make a difference? Over time, it absolutely can.

That number in the picture is real: more than $15,000 over the last 14 yrs in Loyalty Shopping Dollars earned from purchasing products that were already part of the household budget.

No, as I said, it didn’t happen overnight. And that’s actually the point.

A few dollars here and there may not feel like much. But when those dollars accumulate month after month and year after year, small choices can create a surprisingly BIG result.

We talk a lot about financial wellness in terms of making more, saving more, and investing more. But there’s another piece we sometimes overlook:

Getting more value from the money we’re already spending.

Healthier products + smarter shopping + money back to use again?

That’s one of those little changes that can make a whole lot of sense. 💜💚 Ask yourself - where is the proof of what I have received in free products from the brands/stores I shop with now?

Health. Time. Money. Better choices in one area can impact all three.

It's easy to think that what you see on a shelf is 'the best' from marketing & commercials, but what about when you REALLY compare what's in it as well as the price? That changes everything 🥰

Sometimes the decision in front of us is bigger than it looks.

We tend to put decisions into categories.
😉 This is a health decision.
😉 This is a money decision.
😉 This is a time decision.

But life doesn’t really work that way.
🧐 What we choose for our health can affect our time and our finances.
🧐 What we choose financially can determine how much flexibility we have with our time.

And how we spend our time can influence our health, our income, our relationships - and even the choices available to us later.

HEALTH • TIME • MONEY

They’re ALL connected. Making a good decision isn’t always about finding the quickest answer or solving today’s problem. Sometimes it means looking a little further ahead and asking:

👉 What else will this decision affect?
👉 Does it give me more choices — or fewer?
👉 Does it move me closer to the life I actually want?

Ultimately, a good plan shouldn’t just tell us what to do. It should make room for what matters most. 💜💚

Knowledge + Clarity + Choice = Freedoms. (Yes, in the Plural!)

Which of the three - health, time, or money - tends to drive your decisions first?

If YOU came in an action-figure box… what would you come with? 😂

This one started as a little fun with AI, but looking at the finished box, there’s actually a pretty good message hiding inside it.

We all come with a collection of experiences, priorities, responsibilities, lessons learned…and probably a few things we never expected to need along the way.

What if one of the most valuable “accessories” we can have is the willingness to recalculate?
😅 New information can change what we know.
😅 New experiences can change what matters.
😅 And new options can change what we thought was possible.

That’s a big part of what Healthy Success Made Simple is about:

KNOWLEDGE + CLARITY + CHOICE = FREEDOMS (Yes in the plural!)

Not telling people what they should choose - but providing better information so they can make more intentional decisions about the three things that affect so much of life:

💜 HEALTH
💚 TIME
💜 MONEY

Sometimes creating a better future doesn’t require starting over - it simply requires looking at where you are, deciding where you really want to go…and being willing to recalculate the route.

Now for the fun part:
What accessories would absolutely have to come with YOUR action figure? 😂

Reading the ingredient list is smart. But what if the most important questions aren't answered there?

When we compare supplements, it's easy to look for a familiar ingredient and think, Great - it has what I'm looking for.

But that's only the beginning.
👉 How much of that ingredient is actually there?
👉What form is being used — and does that affect how well your body can absorb and use it?
👉How fresh is the product?

And here's a question most of us probably haven't asked often enough:

🔥When was it actually made?

An expiration or “best by” date isn't the same thing as a manufacturing date. And depending on the nutrient, formulation, packaging, and storage conditions, stability and potency can change over time.

None of this means you need to become a supplement expert. It means we need to become better-informed consumers.

Before deciding that two bottles containing the “same” ingredient are basically the same, look a little deeper:

AMOUNT • FORM • ABSORPTION • FRESHNESS

There can be a lot more behind that label than we realize.

Better information. Greater clarity. Better choices.

And I'm curious: Before seeing this, had you ever thought to ask when your supplements were actually manufactured?
