💭 AI can be helpful, but we’re seeing a pattern. For people with OCD and anxiety, it can quietly become part of the cycle. Re-checking, re-wording, and looking for certainty… at first it feels like clarity, but over time it can actually increase doubt. 🤔

We’re seeing this show up more and more in sessions, especially in relationships, overthinking, and reassurance patterns. During Counseling Awareness Month, it’s a good reminder that real support isn’t about finding the “right answer.” It’s about learning how to sit with uncertainty. 💛
