1. DNA Confirmation
Observe the employee perform the oral swab on video or in person. This initial testing allows all future samples to be remotely DNA matched for validity.
2. Sample Collection
The client next provides their own urine sample into the collection cup. This process requires no observed collection and allows clients to provide a sample at their own discretion.
3. Test Ships
Once the sample collection is complete, have the employee drop off the prepaid overnight package at any UPS store or kiosk. After the test is received, results are available within 48 hours.
