🎉 Congratulations to our July Caregiver of the Month, Aaron!

Aaron has been part of the VOSH family for more than three years and is a true advocate for the clients he serves. He has a special talent for helping clients and families stay organized and supported as they navigate transitions between rehab, hospital visits, therapy, and returning safely home.

And we have even more exciting news… Aaron was recently promoted to our Care Coordinator role! 🙌

This is the perfect next step for Aaron, allowing him to support even more clients with the same compassion, advocacy, and dedication he has shown as a caregiver.

Today we’re celebrating Shetia’s ONE-YEAR anniversary with Valley of the Sun Homecare! 🎉💗 We’re so grateful for the compassion, dedication, and care she brings to our clients every day.

Happy 3 years to Diane! 💗

Diane may only work with us part-time, but over the last three years she has cared for more than 20 of our clients! She’s done a little bit of everything—from driving and meal prep to companionship and caring for clients who are bedbound.

She is truly one of those caregivers you can feel good about sending into any client’s home, and she has been an angel to so many of our clients and their families over the years.

Our Director of Operations, Patrick, got to celebrate with Diane during her recent review, and we always love having our caregivers stop by the office for these visits. It’s such a nice opportunity to catch up, hear how things are going, and recognize the great work they’re doing out in our clients’ homes.

Today, Suzette and our team, celebrate Mary’s 2-year anniversary since returning to VOSH—but her journey with us began in 2022! After taking time away to welcome her beautiful baby girl, she returned and has been an incredible part of our team ever since. 💕

As a dedicated overnight caregiver, it’s especially meaningful to see Mary rise to the top—earning the title of our 2026 Caregiver of the Year! 🏆 Overnight caregivers often work quietly behind the scenes, and Mary’s exceptional care and commitment truly shine.

What an incredible way to wrap up Pride Month! 🌈🪩

A huge thank you to AZALEA and Beatitudes Campus for hosting such a fun, open, and affirming evening. Disco Pride was an absolute vibe, filled with music, laughter, connection, and community. We loved celebrating alongside so many amazing people and can’t wait for next year! 💛✨
