So it’s time to sell the last three pieces of my studio. I have two full Cadillacs one is Balanced Body (black leather) one is a Peak Pilates ( light brown/ beige leather & Wood push bar) if sold separately they are each $3000. They are both 10 years old in excellent condition and come with all the accessories. They both come with a spine corrector that matches. I have one new Balanced Bidy Reformer with tower and it also comes with all accessories, a box and a jump board. It is $4000, but if sold with the Balanced Body Cadillac as a pair I will bundle it pricing both at $6000 as a package. It’s in excellent shape and springs are all new leather is perfect.

For those of you who truly know me opening up Willow Wellness Center was always the end game. To have a place my tribe my friends could go to and a place where I could draw others near to each other through wellness and fitness of the mind body and spirit was always what I had wanted to do. I feel that I accomplished that. Some might disagree and that’s ok it wasn’t their journey it was mine. I sacrificed and gave allot to have it so I don’t expect anyone to see or understand it. It was an absolute beautiful journey and I wouldn’t have traded it in for anything. I learned and I grew and I met some of the most encouraging, fearless and beautiful people filled with light despite their trials in their own lives. I’m so blessed that you let me be apart of all of it. Out of it I kept the relationships with everyone for mentioned and I met even more amazing people: Greg and Katia, Tracey, Joan, Nancy, Yvonne, Stephanie, Cassandra, Deseree, Claire, Marie and so so many more again I can’t say enough how much I love you all. With all of this said I am so excited to announce that Willow Wellness Center has closed its doors and it’s now time for me to move on to the next chapter in my life. I will still be teaching but now I have join the amazing staff at the Biltmore Lifetime and I am so honored. Some of you are with me there now and that makes me so very very happy because I truly wasn’t able to let you guys go yet. The next chapter will be brilliant and I can’t wait for this journey to really take off. I humbly bow out of being a business owner for now and I will keep everyone posted. Mirapilates was my very first Studio I opened and I built out bought equipment and opened the doors all over one weekend. I can’t tell you thank you enough to everyone who made that possible. Mirapilates was off of 5th ave and Goldwater for 9 amazing years. It truly became my lifeline, my safe haven. You see for 8 years that studio and those clients along with my children saved me. A year after starting that Studio, that leap I went thru I believe and I hope we’re the darkest years of my life. Out of that darkness God brought the most beautiful and most amazing people into my life. People like Meredith, Jessica, Linda (s), Karen, Barbra (s), Deborah, Jen and never forget Anne Embrey. I love you all so much and so deeply for everything you have given me over the years again the laughs the tears. My heart and my spirit can never leave you nor can I ever say enough about any of you amazing women. After that 9 years it was time to grow some more. Expand grow and move into yet a new chapter that would become Willow Wellness Center…

… moving to Arizona had it’s own beautiful challenges and growing opportunities. still being a young mother of two now and after a large struggle to lose the baby weight in combination with starting a new job at a private health club I jumped at the chance to meet new Pilates students. It was my safe place my one place I could put the pressures of being a mother and a wife aside for a brief moment and focus on other people. There were laughs and tears and allot of wonderful friendships made. This is where I got the courage to go out on my own and open my first Pilates studio. I guess I didn’t have enough going on at the time. Lol. I was over come by the outward support and loyalty of my clients you not only followed me to Scottsdale but they supported me by referring all their family and friends so much so I never marketed for over 3 years. “It was the start of Mirapilates Studio in Old Town…

Happy Saturday everyone… The first Saturday of November has always been magical for me. In 2002 I started turning my light towards a life of healing. My life was so young and so full of worry and excitement and with new beginnings. I was 24 years old a new mother and war was looming across seas. I was just relocating to beautiful San Diego and starting a journey emotionally, spiritually and physically. I was doing it alone with my 1 yr old while his father was headed to war. I chose to make the best of it for everyone enrolled. It was terrifying and lonely yet it helped me bond to my son, it helped me to grow and it gave me the perfect opportunity to start a very rewarding career. Believe it or not it actually gave me the independence to focus all my attention on being a young mother and to really give to others my absolute full attention to their needs. This is when I began to study to be a Pilates instructor/ a personal trainer. I will never forget those first years or those first clients. Les, Pam and Cathy to name a few. Oh and goodness I can’t forget Oya. I never knew what happened of them when but I like to think that I touched their lives as much as they helped to save mine at that time. You see my Journey as a Pilates instructor wasnt just about getting people fit or even healing their bodies- it actually never has been. It was a symbiotic relationship really. Those moments with those clients were about both the student and the instructor opening up, releasing tension and letting go of all the horrible and beautiful things that happened off of that reformer. Pilates helped focus and relax me as a young adult so I could not focus on the fears of losing someone to war, and in doing so I could help relax anxiety of aging adults worried about injuries they had physically and emotionally from what ever was going on in their lives that day. 4 years later a new adventure began we moved our young family back to Arizona and I had my second child. Now I really needed to focus - lol or so I thought yet I still embraced teaching Pilates. I found even more strength and courage in my amazing clients… to be continued…
