Most women learn about their hormones when something goes wrong. A diagnosis. A symptom that won't resolve. A decade of dismissal before someone finally connects the dots.
Myah Jeanné Abraham, Functional Nutrition Counselor and founder of Right to Know, is changing that. She travels nationally to equip women — especially young women — with the body literacy they should have had from the start: real hormone education, cycle awareness, and the tools to understand what their bodies are communicating.
Today we're talking about what that education actually looks like, why the gap exists, and what changes when women finally understand their own biology.
Join us live and bring your questions. If you've ever felt dismissed, confused, or like you're putting the pieces together too late — this conversation is for you.

She was born a princess. Raised in a palace. And from the time she was nine years old — she couldn't stop meditating on the suffering of Christ. 🕊️✝️
St. Camilla Battista da Varano heard a Good Friday sermon as a teenager and wept for three days straight. She took a vow of chastity at 21. Her father was furious — and imprisoned her in their own home for two and a half years.
She waited. She prayed. She never wavered.
He finally relented — and built her a monastery himself.
She became a Poor Clare nun, a mystic, a stigmatist, and one of the most gifted spiritual writers of her age — writing in both Latin and Italian with equal brilliance. Her autobiography is called a jewel of spiritual literature.
She wrote a treatise on the mental sufferings of Jesus Christ — born from her own deep contemplative union with His Passion.
Two seraphim with golden wings appeared to her to help her understand the mystery of unitive love.
She died on May 31, 1524 — on the Feast of Corpus Christi — in her monastery, surrounded by her sisters. 🌸
A princess who traded a crown for a veil — and found everything. 💙

A 13-year-old peasant girl who couldn’t read or write heard the voices of St. Michael, St. Catherine, and St. Margaret — and obeyed them all the way to the battlefield. ⚔️🕊️
St. Joan of Arc broke the Siege of Orléans in 9 days. She led armies. She crowned a king. She was shot with an arrow between her neck and shoulder — and went back to fighting.
Then she was captured. Tried by a corrupt court under English political pressure. Condemned as a heretic at 19 years old.
She was burned at the stake on May 30, 1431. Her last word — spoken through the flames — was “Jesus.” ✝️
Twenty-five years later the Church retried her case and nullified every charge. Five hundred years later she was canonized a saint.
The court that condemned her was wrong. God was not.
She never doubted her voices. Not once. Not even at the end.
“I am not afraid. I was born to do this.” — St. Joan of Arc
