AI can do a lot… but should it be your injector? 👀
We’re seeing more patients use AI to analyze their face, recommend treatments, build skincare routines and even suggest where they “need” filler or tox.
And while AI can be a great starting point if you’re curious, it shouldn’t replace an in-person assessment with an experienced provider.
Here’s why ↓
💉AI can give you a cookie-cutter recommendation based on what it sees in one photo. But your face isn’t one-size-fits-all.
💉A photo can’t show us how your face naturally moves when you talk, smile or make expressions.
💉Lighting, camera angle and lens distortion can also completely change what AI is analyzing.
💉 Aesthetics moves FAST. New products, techniques, research and treatment approaches are constantly evolving, and AI recommendations may not reflect the most current knowledge or the nuances an experienced injector considers when building a treatment plan.
The best results come from looking at the full picture: your anatomy, facial movement, proportions, skin quality, ethnicity, goals, treatment history and how everything works together.
So use AI to get curious. Use it to come up with questions. Use it as a starting point.
But when it comes to actually deciding what belongs in your face? Leave the assessment to the professionals. 🤍
