While I’m 100 % standing behind BLACK LIVES MATTER, I’m hoping the Me Too movement doesn’t get diminished. Gender killing has been going on for years also, with women being killed everyday by their own partners. In 2017 America was 3rd in line with highest statistics among nations worldwide. Black women do have the dubious distinction of being in both worlds but I still see them as sisters. That doesn’t have to be an either/or position.
Being stuck inside during this pandemic, there isn't a lot I can do but I am watching videos like Selma and I'm Not Your Negro. I also bought Crayola multicultural colored pencils and skin-toned crayons for my adult coloring books. What are your suggestions?
