This is a potent time of shedding the old and welcoming the new. As we move into the season of balance and the 9/9 passage this week, one of culmination and tying up the old. Turning to this practice to begin the process of releasing suppressed emotions, patterns or situations in your life,

🔸Breaking of Agreements Divine Decree🔸

This is a powerful tool I often share in sessions. It is called a Breaking of Agreements. You can use this to help shift patterns, beliefs, habits, energies, cycles, and anything that feels stuck, challenging, outworn and ready to be released.

🔸In meditation, tune into your inner world, connecting with your heart and your higher self.

Stating this in your meditation….

“By divine decree and the power of my I AM Presence, under all of universal law, lifetimes, worlds, space and dimensions, I now break all agreements, contracts, beliefs, illusions, thought forms, energies and emotions I may have ever created related to ______________”

Fill in the blank according to your situation and what you are intending to shift. I often find stating it multiple times in a row increases it’s potency.

Outgrowing something doesn’t make it meaningless.
Eclipse season brought a lot of clarity around what still fits your life and what doesn’t anymore. That is applying to relationships, places, routines, work, or even versions of yourself.
Just because something no longer fits doesn’t mean it was wrong or that you need to dismiss everything it gave you.
You can appreciate what something meant to you and still recognize that it’s time to move on.
Sometimes growth is simply being honest about what has changed.

As you emerge from the depths of the winding path of the shedding cycle we’ve been on, your body and nervous system may feel the aftermath. This past eclipse season asked you to shed and also feel what may have been held within you for a long time.

Yes we are in a new momentum now, but the monumental efforts of tests and releasing many layers of the old were no small feat.

In order to rise and resurface from this cathartic journey, it’s important to acknowledge where you are at presently. If you’ve been in prolonged fight or flight response from anything you’ve experienced over the course of last year, your body will need time to catch up to this transition. The nervous system doesn’t rush, it unfolds and re-emerges with balance from rest and safety.

The rebalancing then creates fertile ground to develop beneath the cracks of hardship to give way for new life force to form within you. This is not forced, it’s a practice of creating space and balance as you seed new creations.

Listen to the subtle language it’s speaking to you, this is not a year to force but to move with the rhythms of your capacity. Remembering that creations birth from balanced spaces.

September Integration, Discernment, and Stabilizing Into a New Reality

September is a month of integration, discernment, and beginning to stabilize into a new reality. After the movement and energetic shifts of August, this month invites us to slow down enough to recognize what is truly aligned and what is simply familiar.

For those already moving through major life transitions, September may feel quieter externally but deeper internally. There can be a sense of settling into what has changed, making decisions from a clearer place, and beginning to understand what your next chapter actually requires from you.

This is not necessarily a month for rushing forward or having everything figured out. It is a time to notice what is becoming more stable, what continues to feel uncertain, and where your energy is naturally being drawn.
Discernment becomes important. Not every open door is yours to walk through. Not every opportunity requires a yes. Sometimes clarity comes from giving yourself enough space to feel what is truly right for you.

September asks us to begin living into the changes we have already made, rather than continuing to look back at what we have left behind.

Partial Lunar Eclipse in Pisces August 27th/28th

We are moving through a powerful bridge between endings and beginnings. Two weeks after the Leo eclipse, this Pisces Lunar Eclipse invites us inward and asks us to soften, surrender, release, and allow what has completed its cycle to finally be complete.
Lunar eclipses are often associated with emotional culmination, heightened intuition, realizations, and letting go of what has run its course. This may be a time of emotional processing, spiritual clarity, forgiveness, deeper trust in your intuition, or recognizing that something you have been holding onto is ready to be released.
Pisces asks for surrender, while Saturn asks for maturity. Together, this energy can bring us into a deeper understanding that we can honor what was without carrying it into our future. We may begin to see more clearly where we have been holding onto old dreams, attachments, expectations, or versions of ourselves that no longer align with where we are going.
This eclipse invites the question: What am I ready to release so I can move forward lighter?
The energy of August is about creating space between what is ending and what is beginning. As we release what is no longer meant to come with us, we create more room to listen inward, trust what we know, and allow the next Pathways to Open.

As you stand at the threshold of a new form, who you are becoming is hovering in between the dust of your old self and the subtle imprints of what is yet to unfold.

Connections, ways and places alter in this void. Trust the disconnect, a new journey is imminent toward new pieces that will fit.

🔸There are moments in life that act as voidal before birth stages, where we are no longer who we were and we are yet birthed into who we will be. We hover in a space, shedding the remnants of the hardship of transformation awaiting the unknowns of the future path ahead.

🔸In this space a strange neutral apathy can emerge, feeling disconnect to many things in your life, what you did, enjoyed doing, who you were connected to, and even who you were. You may find a lot of questioning is occurring for you right now, reassessing many areas of life and maybe even your gifts and service in the world.

🔸It’s like a butterfly questioning walking on the ground in its caterpillar days, new approaches are needed. Give it time, give it space.

Unhealthy Energy Cords In Our Relationships

What are unhealthy energy cords?
In all of our relationships, we have energetic cords that run from our energy field to the energy field of the other person.

This is how we exchange energy and our relationships. If it’s healthy, then love, compassion, joy, trust, etc. can travel through these cords.

However, if there are unhealthy cords, there can be power struggles, abuse, control, or another pattern in your dynamic.

These cords connect on a subconscious level based on the energy in your dynamic. When unhealthy, it can drain energy from one or both people and the connection.

Unhealthy cords exist in intimate relationships, between family, friends, coworkers, and even past partners.

It’s important to release unhealthy cords so that another person’s unhealthy energy influence isn’t tugging on our energy body or draining light from our field. If this relationship is meant to evolve and grow, then releasing unhealthy cords helps to strengthen the healthy cords and ultimately the relationship.

It is also helpful in cases where this is a toxic connection or a past partner no longer in our life, cutting cords releases the energetic connection we have to them, especially if the soul contract has ended in that connection.

Sometimes your soul moves on before your life does.

There is often a space between the inner shift and the physical changes we can see around us.

During eclipse season, deep shifts occur on an energetic level oftentimes before your physical reality catches up.
The physical layer is the densest layer of our energy field, which means it can take time for our external world to rearrange around what has already shifted within us.

You may feel different before anything looks different.

You may outgrow old patterns, relationships, environments, or versions of yourself before you know what comes next.

This space can feel uncomfortable because part of you has already moved forward, while another part is still standing in the old landscape.

Trust the unfolding.

The changes happening beneath the surface are preparing the way for what comes next.

Give yourself time to integrate. Tend to your body. Listen closely.

Your life will catch up with the truth your soul already knows.
