✨ Primary Rhinoplasty ✨ 6 weeks post-op

This patient came to me bothered by her dorsal hump and ptotic (droopy) nasal tip. Her goal was a softer, more refined profile while maintaining a result that felt natural and balanced with her features.

Using my signature tip support technique, we were able to elevate and support the nasal tip while creating a smooth, feminine dorsal contour. This technique is designed to provide strong, lasting structural support to help maintain tip position and refinement as the nose continues to heal.

And remember—she is only 6 weeks post-op! At this stage, swelling is still present, particularly through the tip, and we expect her result to become even more refined over the coming months 🤍

Only 6 weeks post-op and already such a beautiful transformation ✨
This patient is just 6 weeks out from her primary rhinoplasty, so she is still very early in the healing process with swelling continuing to resolve over the coming months.
What makes her case especially rewarding is that this transformation wasn’t only cosmetic. She also had a traumatic septal perforation, which we were able to repair at the time of her rhinoplasty. She now has a healthy, reconstructed septum and is breathing excellently—all while achieving a softer, more balanced profile.
At just six weeks, we’re already seeing a beautiful improvement in her dorsal contour and tip position, with so much refinement still to come as she continues to heal. Beautiful form + restored function 🤍
