🎉 Today was a BIG day at The Center for Courageous Kids!

We were honored to gather with camper families, friends, community leaders, elected officials and longtime supporters to celebrate $1.5 million in funding awarded to CCK through the Kentucky state legislative budget.

This investment is so much more than a check. It is an investment in the future of camp and in creating even more opportunities for campers with disabilities and lifelong illnesses to experience belonging, build confidence, gain independence and make memories that last a lifetime. 💙

We are especially grateful to Representative Shawn McPherson and State Senator Max Wise for championing CCK and helping make this incredible investment possible. Thank you to everyone who joined us today to celebrate this milestone and to everyone who continues to believe in our mission.

There is so much to look forward to at CCK, and we are incredibly grateful to have our community growing alongside us.

Here’s to what comes next! 🎉🏕️

🎯 Another incredible Shooting for a Cause Clay Shoot, presented by M&L Electrical, Inc. is in the books!

Last Friday, August 21, friends and supporters of The Center for Courageous Kids came together for a great day of friendly competition, community, and giving back. We are so grateful to every shooter, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this year’s event a success!

Events like Shooting for a Cause are about so much more than a day on the course. Every sponsorship, registration, and contribution helps create fun, safe, accessible camp experiences for children with disabilities and lifelong illnesses, all at no cost to their families. ❤️

Thank you for showing up for our campers and for believing in the life-changing experiences that happen at CCK. We couldn’t do this without you!
