🍂 Seven weeks until our next Sacred Integration Circle… 🍂

It feels like I just shared the photos from our last circle, and somehow we’re already only seven weeks away from gathering again on Saturday, October 10.

I’ve been beginning to sit with and create what we’ll explore together this time, and the theme is taking shape around the mind… particularly the ways our minds can protect us, limit us, guide us, and help us see more clearly.

In yogic science, we speak of three functional minds: the Negative Mind, Positive Mind, and Neutral Mind. Each has an important role, but when we become overly identified with one way of perceiving, it can profoundly influence how we experience ourselves, our choices, our relationships, and the world around us.

I’m still allowing the full circle to unfold, but I’m excited about where this one is going. 🧠✨

As always, we won’t simply talk about the theme. We’ll experience and integrate it through:

✨ Kundalini Yoga
✨ Deep guided meditation and subconscious hypnosis
✨ Journaling and reflection
✨ Somatic and nervous system practices
✨ Integration and practical tools to continue working with afterward

And if you’ve been curious about coming but haven’t attended before, new people are always welcome. Each Sacred Integration Circle is its own complete experience. You don’t need any previous experience with Kundalini Yoga, hypnosis, or the circles, and there is nothing you need to catch up on.

We already have our first group registered for October, and I’d love to continue welcoming both familiar and new faces as we get closer. 💛

🍂 Save the Date… Our Next Sacred Integration Circle is October 10! 🍂

As summer begins to give way to fall, I’m beginning to create our next Sacred Integration Circle, and I’m so excited to invite you to join us on Saturday, October 10.

One of the things I love most about these gatherings is that each circle has its own unique theme. The theme for this one is still unfolding, but I do know it will center around the mind.

In yogic science, we speak of the negative mind, the positive mind, and the neutral mind, and I’m feeling called to explore these concepts and how they influence the way we experience ourselves and the world. Over the coming weeks, I’ll continue listening for what wants to emerge, and I can’t wait to share more with you.

Sacred Integration Circle is more than a workshop. It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and experience healing in a way that engages the mind, body, nervous system, and heart.

Together we’ll move through the experience with:

✨ Kundalini Yoga
✨ Guided meditation and subconscious hypnosis
✨ Reflection and journaling
✨ Integration practices
✨ Practical nervous system tools that you can continue using long after the circle ends

Whether this would be your very first circle or you’ve attended before, you are warmly welcomed. Every gathering stands on its own, so there’s never a need to “catch up.” Just come exactly as you are.

I’m looking forward to gathering with returning faces, welcoming new ones, and continuing to build this beautiful community together.

07/26/2026

Yesterday we completed our fourth Sacred Integration Circle, and I found myself reflecting on what a privilege it has been to watch this community slowly grow, one circle, one conversation, and one courageous step at a time.

Fifteen people chose to spend part of their Saturday slowing down, turning inward, and exploring their relationship with fear. It was an honor to witness the openness, vulnerability, and courage each person brought into the room.

These circles have become one of my favorite ways to serve because they allow me to bring together so much of what I’ve been privileged to learn over the years through my own healing journey, the guidance of my teacher and lineage, and the many somatic, subconscious, nervous system, and trauma informed approaches I’ve had the opportunity to study and become certified in.

Each Sacred Integration Circle centers around a different life theme. Rather than simply talking about that theme, we experience it together by working with the body, the subconscious mind, the nervous system, and the heart.

Together we move through the experience using:

✨ Kundalini Yoga
✨ Guided somatic and subconscious hypnosis and meditation
✨ Reflection and journaling
✨ Integration practices
✨ Practical nervous system tools to take home and continue using in everyday life

My hope is always the same. To create a space where people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with themselves, discover what their mind and body have been trying to communicate, and leave with both meaningful insight and practical tools they can continue using long after the circle ends.

One of the things I especially love is that every gathering includes both familiar and new faces. Some people have attended multiple circles, while others are joining for the very first time. Whether your first Sacred Integration Circle is behind you or still ahead of you, you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are. No previous experience is ever needed.

To everyone who trusted me enough to be there yesterday, thank you. Your willingness to show up authentically is what makes these gatherings so meaningful.

I also want to express my deepest gratitude to my teacher and this lineage. The wisdom, compassion, and practices that have been shared with me have profoundly shaped my own life, and it is a privilege to pass those teachings forward while also integrating the work I have devoted myself to studying over the years.

Our next Sacred Integration Circle will be held in October, and I’ll be announcing the theme and opening registration soon.

If you’d like to stay connected and hear about future circles, you’re welcome to join our community:

🌹 Less than one week from today, we’ll be gathering together for our next Sacred Integration Circle, and I’d love to invite you to join us.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed…

If your mind has been racing…

If you’ve been carrying stress in your body without even realizing it…

If you’ve been stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, or waiting until you feel “ready”…

This circle was created for you.

Our theme this month is Fear. Not the loud kind, but the quieter ways fear can shape our lives through perfectionism, people-pleasing, procrastination, overthinking, and constantly trying to stay one step ahead.

Together we’ll spend the morning slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and gently exploring these patterns through:

🧘‍♀️ Kundalini Yoga

🧠 Nervous system regulation practices

💜 A deeply guided meditation incorporating hypnosis-based techniques

📖 Journaling

🤍 Optional group sharing

✨ Practical tools you can take home and continue using in everyday life

No previous experience is necessary, and you are welcome exactly as you are.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your invitation. I’d truly love to share this experience with you.

💕 My Story | Why I Do the Work That I Do 💕

For years, I carried this quiet belief that I wasn’t enough. Looking back, I can see how deeply that belief shaped my life. It showed up as perfectionism, overthinking, constantly trying to figure everything out, and believing that if I could just improve myself enough, achieve enough, or finally “get it right,” I’d eventually find peace.

Those patterns followed me into my relationships as well. I found myself in a marriage where there was a growing imbalance of power and control. Little by little, I began losing my connection to myself. I kept believing that if I communicated better, understood more, tried harder, or became a better partner, things would eventually change. Instead, I found myself becoming smaller and smaller, slowly losing my own voice while trying to hold everything together.

At the same time, I was navigating infertility, chronic stress, and growing health concerns. From the outside, I looked like I was functioning. Inside, I knew I was exhausted. I had this growing sense that I couldn’t keep living the way I had been living. Deep down, I knew that if nothing changed, it wasn’t just my marriage that would suffer. I was slowly losing myself, and I truly believe my body would eventually have reflected that in even deeper ways.

✨ Then something happened that completely changed the course of my life…I had a profound out-of-body experience.

It wasn’t simply an unusual spiritual event. It completely changed the way I understood myself, consciousness, and what it means to heal. For the first time, I experienced something that felt more real than all the striving I had been doing for years. It awakened a longing that I still have today: to understand why we suffer, why we repeat the same patterns even when we know better, and what actually creates lasting transformation instead of temporary relief.

That experience led me down a path I never expected. It eventually brought me to Kundalini Yoga, deep meditation, and the incredible privilege of studying with my spiritual teacher for the past fourteen years. Those years of practice, self-inquiry, and inner work changed me in ways I never could have imagined…

As I continued doing my own healing, I began to recognize the survival patterns that had quietly been running my life. I realized how much of my identity had been built around striving, proving myself, staying in control, and trying to earn a sense of worth that had never actually been missing.

💛 One of the biggest shifts came when I stopped believing that there was something fundamentally wrong with me.

I think so many of us grow up carrying that belief in one form or another. Sometimes it comes from our families. Sometimes it comes from painful relationships. Sometimes it comes from cultural messages, religious teachings, or experiences that convince us we have to earn love, acceptance, safety, or worth.

We begin organizing our lives around proving ourselves.

We strive.

We overachieve.

We people-please.

We stay in relationships that no longer honor who we are.

We become incredibly good at surviving while quietly believing that peace is something we’ll eventually earn if we just try hard enough.

I no longer believe that’s true.

I don’t believe we’re fundamentally broken.

I believe that beneath all of the conditioning, protective strategies, and survival patterns we’ve developed over a lifetime, there is something inherently whole within each of us. Whether you call it your true self, your soul, your essence, or simply your authentic nature, I believe that at our core we are loving, worthy, and whole.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about gently uncovering what has always been there beneath the layers of fear, conditioning, and protection.

That belief changed not only how I see myself, but how I see every person who walks through my door.

🧠 It’s also why I don’t believe that insight alone is enough.

Understanding your story is valuable, but simply talking about what happened, analyzing it, or revisiting the same story over and over again doesn’t necessarily create healing.

Real transformation happens when we move beneath the thinking mind and allow the subconscious, the nervous system, and the body to finally process experiences that have remained unresolved for years.

That’s where I believe lasting healing begins.

Today, I have the privilege of walking alongside people who are often much like I was. Many are intelligent, thoughtful, and deeply self-aware. They’ve read the books, gone to therapy, listened to the podcasts, and worked incredibly hard to improve themselves. Yet they still find themselves caught in familiar patterns of perfectionism, overthinking, difficult relationships, chronic stress, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from who they really are.

I understand that journey because I’ve lived it.

My hope isn’t to “fix” anyone. My hope is to create a safe, compassionate space where people can reconnect with the wholeness that has always existed beneath the survival patterns.

Because I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new… It’s about coming home to the person you’ve been all along. 🙏💜😊

🌹 In just a few weeks, we’ll be gathering for another Sacred Integration Circle…and I’m really looking forward to this one.

This month’s theme is Fear. 😨

Not necessarily the kind of fear that shows up as panic or terror…

The quieter kind.

The kind that can hide beneath things like:

✨ Overthinking

✨ Procrastination

✨ Perfectionism

✨ People-pleasing

✨ Self-doubt

✨ Waiting until you’re “ready”

✨ Knowing exactly what you want…but still feeling stuck when it comes time to take the next step.

As I’ve been putting this circle together, I’ve found myself reflecting on how often fear doesn’t actually stop us.

Instead, it quietly influences the way we move through life. It can keep us overthinking, second-guessing ourselves, avoiding difficult conversations, or staying with what’s familiar simply because it feels safer.

So I’m curious…

Do you ever find yourself replaying conversations in your head after they’re over?

Do you spend so much time thinking about a decision that you end up feeling even more stuck?

Do you put pressure on yourself to get everything right before you begin?

Do you know what your next step is, but still find yourself hesitating?

Do you ever wonder if fear is influencing you in ways you haven’t even noticed?

If any of those resonate, you’re definitely not alone.

At this month’s Sacred Integration Circle, we’ll explore these patterns through Kundalini Yoga, nervous system regulation practices, a deep guided meditation that incorporates hypnosis-based techniques, journaling, optional group sharing, and practical tools you can continue using long after the circle ends.

Rather than trying to eliminate fear, we’ll be exploring how to become more aware of it, listen to what it may be trying to communicate, and create a little more space between ourselves and our automatic reactions.

Whether you’ve attended every Sacred Integration Circle or this would be your very first one, you are warmly welcome. No previous experience with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, or hypnosis is necessary. Simply come as you are.

My hope is that you’ll leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected to yourself, and with a greater understanding of how fear may be showing up in your life and how to work with it in a different way.

🌹Next Sacred Integration Circle - 1 month away!

And now that I have most of this circle put together, I have to say…I’m really looking forward to this one.

This month’s theme is Fear. 😨

Not necessarily the kind of fear that shows up as panic or terror…The quieter kind…

The kind that can hide beneath things like:

✨ Overthinking

✨ Procrastination

✨ Perfectionism

✨ People-pleasing

✨ Self-doubt

✨ Waiting until you’re “ready”

✨ Knowing exactly what you want…but still feeling stuck when it comes time to take the next step

As I’ve been putting this circle together, I’ve found myself reflecting on how often fear doesn’t actually stop us…

It just keeps us spinning. It keeps us thinking, analyzing, questioning ourselves, waiting for more certainty, waiting for more confidence, waiting for some magical moment when we finally feel ready.

So I’m curious…

Have you ever known exactly what you wanted to do, but found yourself putting it off anyway?

Do you spend a lot of time thinking about what you should do…but struggle to actually take action?

Do you tell yourself you need more information, more clarity, or more confidence before moving forward?

Do you find yourself replaying conversations in your head, wondering if you said the right thing?

Do you worry about making the wrong decision…so you stay where you are?

Do you put pressure on yourself to get everything right before you begin?

Do you find yourself saying, “Once I feel more confident, then I’ll do it”?

If any of those resonate, you’re definitely not alone.

And honestly…you’re exactly who I had in mind while creating this experience.

Together we’ll explore these patterns through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation practices, a deep guided hypnosis experience, journaling, reflection, and practical tools you can take home and continue using long after the circle ends.

What I love about this work is that transformation doesn’t always require us to revisit our deepest wounds or relive difficult experiences.

Sometimes it begins by simply slowing down long enough to notice what’s happening inside of us…listening a little more deeply, creating a little more space, and realizing that fear doesn’t have to make the decision.

My hope is that you’ll leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected to yourself, and perhaps with a little more clarity about your next step.

Whether you’ve attended every circle or this would be your very first one, you are warmly welcome. 🌹

🌹 Grateful Heart Today 🌹

Today I had the privilege of facilitating a Sacred Integration Circle for Brookline Pride at the Brookline Teen Outreach Center.

I am deeply grateful for the approximately 20 people who showed up, opened their hearts, and were willing to engage in this work together.

Every time I lead one of these circles, I am reminded that healing does not always come from having the perfect answer or fixing everything that feels difficult in our lives. Sometimes it begins simply by slowing down, becoming present, and creating enough space to honestly meet ourselves.

Today we explored practices designed to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, reflection, and deeper connection to ourselves. Watching people arrive as strangers and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and resourced is always something I find profoundly meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped create such a beautiful, supportive space. It was truly an honor to hold space for you.

🌹 My next Sacred Integration Circle is Saturday, July 25th, and we’ll be exploring the theme of FEAR.

Not just obvious fear, but the quieter ways fear often operates beneath the surface.

Fear can show up as overthinking.

Fear can show up as procrastination.

Fear can show up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, or waiting until we’re “ready.”

Sometimes it looks like knowing exactly what you want to do and still feeling unable to take the next step.

Together we’ll explore these patterns through:

✨ Kundalini Yoga movement and meditation
✨ Nervous system regulation practices
✨ A deep guided hypnosis/meditation experience
✨ Journaling and optional group sharing
✨ Practical tools you can continue using long after the circle ends

🌹 The Next Sacred Integration Circle Is Just Over One Month Away 🌹

And this time, we’ll be exploring a theme that affects far more of our lives than most of us realize…

Fear…😨

Not just obvious fear, but the quieter ways fear can show up beneath the surface.

Sometimes fear looks like overthinking every decision.

Sometimes it looks like procrastination.

Sometimes it looks like people-pleasing, perfectionism, or waiting until you’re “ready.”

Sometimes it looks like knowing exactly what you want to do but feeling unable to take the next step.

These aren’t character flaws.

They’re often protective patterns created by a nervous system that has learned to stay alert, cautious, or guarded.

💫 At our next Sacred Integration Circle, we’ll be exploring the theme of fear…not by forcing ourselves to “push through” it, but by gently bringing awareness to the ways it may be operating beneath the surface and creating space for something new.

Together we’ll explore:

✨ Kundalini Yoga movement and meditation

✨ Nervous system regulation practices

✨ A deep guided hypnosis/meditation experience

✨ Journaling and optional group sharing

✨ Practical tools you can continue using long after the circle ends

What I love about this work is that meaningful shifts don’t always require us to dive into our biggest wounds or revisit painful memories.

Sometimes transformation begins simply by slowing down long enough to notice what’s happening inside us, bringing awareness to patterns we’ve been carrying for years, and creating a little more space between ourselves and our automatic reactions.

My intention for these circles is always to create a safe, supportive environment where you can reconnect with yourself, gain new insight, and leave feeling more grounded, resourced, and empowered than when you arrived.

Whether you’ve attended every circle or this would be your very first one, you are warmly welcome.
