🌈 Community Offering • Sunday, June 14 🌈

I’m honored to be partnering with Brookline Pride to offer a special donation-based Sacred Integration Circle curated for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies.

For those familiar with my Sacred Integration Circle offerings, this is separate from the next official circle happening July 25 at Sterling Yoga & Wellness. This June event will be a community-centered offering of the grounding and nervous system support circle I facilitated this past April.

So if you missed the April circle, wanted to attend but couldn’t make it, would like to experience it again, or feel called to support this offering and community, I’d love to have you there! 🌈

This event is intentionally designed to be an inclusive, welcoming, and emotionally safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those who deeply support and honor that community.

✨ Donation-based sliding scale: $5–$30

🌸 Only 2 Months Until the Next Sacred Integration Circle 🌸

I can’t believe this will already be our FOURTH Sacred Integration Circle at Sterling Yoga & Wellness šŸ’«

These gatherings have been unfolding in such a beautiful and organic way, and I continue to feel deeply grateful for everyone who has shown up, whether you’ve attended one circle or all of them.

One of the things I love most is that each circle has its own unique energy. Some people come regularly, while others are brand new each time, and both are equally welcome. You do not need any prior experience, and you absolutely do not need to have attended previous circles to join us.

As we get closer, I’m beginning to put together the theme for July’s gathering, and this one feels like it wants to center around FEAR… not just fear itself, but the subconscious patterns, nervous system responses, and protective loops that can quietly shape our lives underneath the surface.

✨ Have you been feeling:• Stuck in cycles of overthinking or anticipation?• Like your nervous system has a hard time fully relaxing?• Emotionally overwhelmed, burnt out, or ā€œon guardā€ much of the time?• A longing to feel more grounded, safe, connected, and present in yourself?

This circle may deeply resonate with you.

Over the past circles, we’ve explored themes such as:šŸ”„ anger and emotional releasešŸŒ€ shifting subconscious patterns through guided hypnosis/meditation🌿 nervous system regulation and moving from stress activation into deeper calm🌱 grounding and reconnecting with safety within ourselves

Our last gathering also included the first Somatic Reparenting Meditation, which many people found incredibly moving and healing.

For this next circle, we’ll continue building on that foundation through:✨ gentle Kundalini Yoga inspired movement✨ a deep guided hypnosis/meditation focused on fear, release, and subconscious rewiring✨ journaling and optional group sharing✨ practical tools to take home and continue integrating afterward

As always, I’ll continue feeling into exactly what wants to unfold for this group as we get closer.

šŸ’” The feeling isn’t the problem… it’s what we add to it. šŸ’”

There’s a concept of the first arrow and the second arrow.

The first arrow is the pain we can’t avoid… grief, heartbreak, anger, loss.

The second arrow is what we add on top…
ā€œThis shouldn’t be happeningā€ā€¦
ā€œWhat’s wrong with meā€ā€¦

That’s where suffering deepens.

When we stay in those mental loops, we disconnect from the actual feeling underneath… and the emotion never gets to move.

But when we allow ourselves to feel what’s really there… without resistance… that wave can actually pass through.

What most people don’t realize is this…

In order to feel that deeply, the body has to feel safe.

That’s why this kind of work often happens in relationship… with someone who can help regulate your nervous system and expand your capacity to feel without shutting down.

This is a big part of why I do the work I do… because most people were never supported in learning how to process emotions this way.

And it changes everything.

If this resonates… link in bio to set up a free consult.

šŸ’” The feeling isn’t the problem… it’s what we add to it. šŸ’”

There’s a teaching I’ve been reflecting on that feels incredibly relevant to how we experience emotions.

There’s what’s called the first arrow… and then the second arrow.

The first arrow is the pain that is simply part of being human… grief, loss, anger when boundaries are crossed, physical pain, heartbreak. This is unavoidable.

The second arrow is what we add on top of that pain…

ā€œThis shouldn’t be happeningā€ā€¦
ā€œWhat’s wrong with meā€ā€¦
ā€œThis means something about who I amā€ā€¦

That’s where suffering really deepens.

What I find fascinating is how this connects to the body.

When we stay in the second arrow… the mental loops, the self-referencing, the meaning-making… we’re actually dissociating from the original feeling underneath. And because of that… the first arrow never gets to complete itself. The emotion never gets to move.

In somatic work, we see that when someone is able to fully feel the core emotion underneath… without resistance… without adding a second arrow… the wave of that emotion often moves through in about 90 seconds to 2 minutes.

It completes.

But when we resist it… or layer meaning on top of it… it gets stuck… and we live in that cycle.

It reminds me so much of what Michael Singer speaks about… allowing energy to pass through without clinging or resisting.

There’s also a powerful story about Dalai Lama… where he received news during a talk that two nuns he deeply cared for had been killed. He broke down in raw, uncontrollable grief in front of everyone.

But after those moments… he lifted his head, eyes filled with tears… and met the room with deep compassion and love.

He didn’t suppress the pain.
He didn’t add a second arrow.

He let the grief move through.

And what remained was an open heart.

But here’s the piece that often gets missed…

In order to feel at that level, the body has to feel safe.

Our nervous system has to be within a window where it can actually allow that vulnerability. And for most people, that capacity isn’t there yet… not because anything is wrong with them, but because their system learned it wasn’t safe to feel that deeply.

This is why deep inner work matters… and why it often happens in relationship, with someone who can co-regulate and help the body feel safe enough to open.

Over time, that window of tolerance expands… and what once felt overwhelming becomes something the system can actually move through.

So the path isn’t just ā€œfeel everythingā€ā€¦
It’s building the capacity to feel… without overwhelm… without shutting down… and without adding that second arrow.

This is a big part of why I do the work I do… because this level of processing is something so many people have never been supported in.

And it changes everything. šŸ’œšŸ’œšŸ’œ

If this resonates, and you feel ready to explore how deeper subconscious and somatic work can support you in this kind of healing… feel free to DM me to set up a free consult. šŸ™šŸ’œ

✨ Something I’ve been noticing a lot lately…

Someone reaches out…there’s genuine interest, curiosity, even excitement.

…And then they disappear.

At first, it feels confusing…

But the more I understand how the nervous system works, the more it actually makes sense.

Because when something starts to feel real…
not just an idea, but an actual step toward change…it can bring up more than we expect.

Even if the desire is there,
another part can quietly step in and say,

šŸ›‘āœ‹ ā€œWait… are we really safe to go here?ā€

Not because anything is wrong.
Not because you’re doing something wrong.

But because real change… especially deeper, internal work. It means stepping out of what’s familiar.

And the nervous system is wired to protect the familiar even when it’s no longer serving you.

So if you’ve ever felt that push and pull…
wanting something, but hesitating at the same time…there’s nothing ā€œoffā€ about that šŸ¤

The question becomes…

Can you slow down enough
to actually listen to what that hesitation is trying to say?

Sometimes it needs reassurance.
Sometimes it needs clarity.
Sometimes it just needs to know it won’t be pushed faster than it’s ready to go.

And when that part feels supported… not overridden…it becomes much easier to take the next step from a place that feels grounded instead of pressured.

If you find yourself in that space… take a deep breath.

You don’t have to force your way forward.
But don’t assume the pause means ā€œno.ā€

Sometimes it’s just asking you to move
with a little more care. šŸ™šŸ’œšŸ˜Š

🌸 Announcing the next Sacred Integration Circle 🌸

I’m happy to share that the next Sacred Integration Circle will be held on Saturday, July 25th at Sterling Yoga & Wellness.

Even though this gathering is still a couple months away, I wanted to open it up early for anyone who already feels the pull to join us. These circles have been unfolding in such a natural and meaningful way… each one unique, yet grounded in a shared intention of slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to Self.

July’s circle will continue in that same spirit. Each gathering stands fully on its own, while gently following the arc we’ve been building… supporting grounding, emotional release, and deeper inner alignment.

The circle will include gentle Kundalini Yoga inspired movement, a guided meditation or hypnosis, and journaling with optional group sharing. As always, I’ll continue to feel into what wants to come through for this group as we get closer.

No prior experience is needed, and you do not need to have attended a previous circle. All are welcome.

🌹 Sacred Integration Circle Recap 🌹

Today’s circle was really special. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

An intimate group of us came together and did some deep, meaningful work around grounding, safety, and stability. We explored what’s held in the root chakra and gently worked with core wounds that live there.

We moved through Kundalini yoga to help release and ground the body, and then dropped into a Somatic Reparenting Meditation to connect with what was ready to be seen, supported, and shifted. There was space to process, to journal, and to simply be with what came up.

I’m always so grateful for these circles and for the willingness each person brings to show up honestly and do this kind of inner work. It’s not always easy, but it’s real, and it matters.

I’ll be sharing a few photos from today šŸ’œ

The next Sacred Integration Circle will be on July 25th. I’ll be officially announcing it soon, but wanted to give a little heads up here.

It’s always an honor to hold this kind of space. Truly. šŸ™‡ā€ā™€ļøšŸ™šŸ’œšŸ˜Š

🌹 Sacred Integration Circle • April 25th 🌹

We’re 5 days out… and there are just 4 spots remaining.

At this point, if you’ve been feeling the pull to come…
I’d listen to that.

Not everything needs to be overthought.
Sometimes your body already knows.

This circle is really about getting out of your head a bit…
and into a space where your system can actually settle.

Especially if you’ve been feeling a little overwhelmed…
or like things aren’t fully resolving no matter how much you think about them.

We’ll be moving through a really supportive flow together:

🌹 Kundalini yoga to release tension and ground your energy
🌹 A guided Somatic Reparenting Meditation
🌹 Space to connect with deeper patterns around safety and trust
🌹 Journaling and optional sharing
🌹 Simple tools you can take with you to support your nervous system after

Everything is guided…
nothing is forced…
and you can go at your own pace the whole time.

This month’s focus is the root…
so we’re working with themes like feeling safer in your body,
more stable, more settled… more like yourself.

And the Somatic Reparenting Meditation is a big part of that.

It’s a gentle way of connecting with a part of you that may still feel unsettled or on edge…
and beginning to shift that experience from within,
not just understanding it mentally.

You don’t have to know how to do any of this.
You don’t have to ā€œgo deep.ā€

You just show up.
